The location is fantastic. Not far from the main attractions but without the crowds. Surrounded by great local bistros and restaurants. We stayed in the smallest room but it's still spacious enough for us to open two luggages on the floor. The bathroom is compact and well designed. The snack/drinks bar on the mezzanine floor is great. We also found the staff there very helpful and nice. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location! quiet and close to U1&U4 subway. Nearby are the museum districts and not far from Hofburg. The room is not big but clean. The breakfast was the best one I had in Austria. highly recommend.

Good service, friendly staff, warm hospitality, appreciate if there could be more breakfast choice, it's a very good hotel in general, highly recommended.

最新の設備とはいえませんが、手入れは行き届いており、落ち着いて宿泊できます。調度品や備品のセンスにも感心しました。スタッフの応対はソフトで丁寧です。朝食がおいしいのも気に入りました。近くに食料品店と飲食店が並ぶ「ナッシュマルクト」があって、不意の食事に困ることもありません。機会があればまた利用したいと思いました。

I booked this hotel because of the location and the fun decor. It's not a run of the mill hotel. It's cute and quirky and we really liked it for that. The location is fabulous. 5 minutes to the opera, and hofberg palace. 1 minute to the noshmarket. There was no view in the room, but it was well lit and pleasant, except for a very odd persistent bathroom odor. It was there before we ever used the bathroom. Never went away. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel since it's expensive and there are so many great options in Vienna, it was fun to go elsewhere. The staff were super nice (except one dour woman that shouldn't be public facing customer service. ) i like the vibe here and world recommend it!!!

Fürchterlicher und unerträglicher Gestank vom Abfluss im Bad. Es scheint chronisch zu sein und nicht eine einmalige Angelegenheit. Unglaublich eigentlich und für mich und meine Familie ein Grund, dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu wählen.

Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming.

Hotel really well located for travelling across the city in all directions. In a nice neighbourhood and has lovely staff. Rooms was lovely and shower outstanding. Breakfast nice. Only negative was I asked for twin room but this was not allocated. Despite this would recommend this hotel and would defo stay here again
