The room was spotless and beautifully decorated . The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. It was a lovely stay

Everything was great and would have been 5* other than some of the front desk staff didn't get the memo about the importance of smiling and being welcoming. Restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was great as well

The hotel is gorgeous, it looks like an art gallery, I was enchanted, the receptionists' service was impeccable, and the coffee was a 10/10. I will definitely be back soon!

Staselig hotell med svært god beliggenhet i Wien, gangavstand til de sentrale severdigheter og shoppingområder. Flotte og stilfulle restauranter og rom, frokostsalen i seg selv er en opplevelse. God frokost. Veldig hyggelig betjening.

We loved staying here at this historic hotel and would definitely stay again. The breakfast each morning was fabulous, the service excellent, comfortable beds, and clean rooms.

Our stay was lovely! Such a well appointed room and hotel! The property is very elegant, and the atmosphere is quite warm and relaxing. Every free staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and gracious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and looked forward to it daily.

Nice stay

Beautiful hotel with welcoming friendly staff. The hotel has historical interests and displays many antiques of the time throughout. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was self service with plenty of selections available. The hotel is placed really well for all that beautiful Vienna has to offer.

Our two-night stay was truly rewarding ...with a well-appointed and spacious room ( 389) , a warm and efficient service from all members of the team , at reception , from the porter, at the bar and at the breakfast room which offers a truly great buffet.Hotel is served by tram line nr 2 which brings you to all main touristic spots but you can easily walk too the bar and restaurant area within 10 mins.We'll definitely be back.
