Air conditioner did not work- room was very gross hot

Pool area was same as ever. Needs repair to waterslide and stairs to it forsure. We stayed in the renovated room. Beds were clean and comfy. But rooms were warm even with air conditioning at lowest. They need to upgrade air conditioning. Pool was warm and they kept the floors squeegeed

Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful with things to do around the property. The pool was clean and the hot tub was older but nice and hot. The room was recently renovated and the renovations of the rest of the property didn't impead on my stay. Nice central location with all the amenities you'll need withing walking distance

Pool area very enjoyable

Well there was construction going on. Nd several “homeless” persons walking about! The room was pristinely clean! The place was quiet also . However the air conditioner was very annoying and loud…. going on and off! The beds were too soft for my liking !

Good stay~

I stayed on the second level and the AC was doing no justice and clearly would not for the rest of the night, with all due respect. I called and Randy came right away and provided a good assessment. I said that I would like to see if I can relocate to another room. I called and they asked me to come to front desk and they would accommodate. I got a room on the main level and the general air was clearly better and not as humid. They set me up with a main floor room and the general air was not as humid and the AC just needed to do its thing. It was manageable for the night and the AC just needed to cool it down. In the winter this may not be a factor. All rooms are updated and clean. Summer may be a different factor. All in all they accommodated me. I'd stay again.

Everything was great except that the day I arrived they'd apparently had some issue where the kitchen was temporarily closed. A couple of days later they had a limited menu, which was good. They have great french fries and I had a chicken caesar wrap as well. The kitchen problem was the only issue. I've stayed there before and I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Forgot I had been here years ago. The kids loved it again. Very nice hotel.

Hotel is dated. Pool closed in the evening when we arrived for cleaning.

Very clean and good staff easy parking

I like the poolside room. I didn’t like the humidity from the pool at night. Liked the restaurant.

staff were nice

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice (pool, hot tub). There was a fridge in the room, and we were able to bring our dog. Very reasonably priced for all of the included amenities.

Great stay

I booked a stay through Expedia but when I get there, apparently my credit card isn't accepted. The girl said they wouldn't charge me but wouldn't you know it, I got charged for a hotel stay I never checked into. Got turned away but still have a pending charge on my credit card. Now I cant access my money and no one cares. If there are certain credit cards that aren't accepted it should be stated somewhere visible and not when you try to check in after a 6 hour drive just to be turned away to find another hotel late at night.
