Staff were kind and trying to be helpful, but limited in what they could do. Rooms were clean but flood came to the room from the air conditioning and nothing could be done. The bath tub drain was clogged and drained very slow. Did not change despite of reporting to the desk Room cleaning and changes were done once in 4 days. Breakfast was only OK.

The room has very poor soundproofing; you can hear every word they say next door. The air conditioner makes on-and-off sounds, suggesting a very old machine, and you can hear all the cars on the road 24/7. I would not recommend it.

Great hotel in a great location. They have a noise policy in place after 9pm, though it was fully booked it was the quietest hotel I’ve been at probably ever. Comfy beds and pillows and the complimentary breakfast was also solid. Only down side was the shower- anyone over 6ft would need to bend while showering and shorter people would have a heck of a time getting out of the shower as it’s on a pedestal for some reason? That being said I would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was ok but please get better cutlery

The front desk staff at the hotel were friendly. We did go up in the elevator with an housekeeping staff and she was very unfriendly. We spoke to her a she didn’t answer. Our room was clean and we had a fridge and microwave, In our room the shower had zero pressure and the water just trickled out. It was a wheelchair assessable room and the water seemed to run all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioner was making loud noises off and on all night. We went to the continental breakfast. The hot items were good. I was hoping for bagels but none. My daughter did enjoy her yogurt parfait. The apples and oranges were very poor quality and the muffins were stale so both weren’t eaten. We have stayed at this hotel before and didn’t have any of these complaints with our room. Maybe they just need to maintain a few things. It is in a good location.

Great hotel, convenient location for my purposes. We enjoyed the pool and full breakfast. Will be returning!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. No AC in lobby but passed out waters as we were waiting to check in. We asked to take the stairs instead of the elevator to floor 4 and was told there are no stairs for us to use. Overall would stay again.

Would have been a great stay, staff was friendly and efficient. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a leak or something happening, there was so much water in the carpet outside our room as well as inside and in the bathroom. Definitely were aware as there was staff trying to shopvac up the water directly outside our room so just unsure why they would put us in a room affected by said leak. Or not check in and offer to move us if they were not immediately aware. The carpet in our whole entry way and close to the bed was soaking wet and the bathroom floor had a consistent pool of water as well.

Our room had water leaking from all of the windows. Our kids bedding was soaked. Wall Paper bubbled from leaks in the walls. Ceiling yellow from a previous leak. Windows had handprints of previous guests. Dirty sheets, carpets and the room smelt and had stains of dog pee. The carpet close to the leaks was damp and had a musty smell. Air conditioner was not working correctly either. Staff were not helpful when we let them know about the issues. “You do realize we had a storm last night”. Was the response. Regardless…this damage had been there a while. We would not return.

The only complaint I have is that I waited two hours for towels and face cloths this morning at 730. Not because they didn’t try but because they were short staffed. I had to go down myself to grab the towels at the front desk, after making two calls down and front desk had reached out to the one lady that was working 3 times. Also there were homeless people hanging outside on the front property begging me for money.

Our room were totally renovated and we enjoy stayed. Close to all the amenities.

Clean room. Decent breakfast and Helpful staff.

The room is very nice and clean, but the breakfast not too many choices!
