Menù per colazione ricco e soddisfacente. Camera pulita e perfetta. Posizione spettacolare. Personale molto cortese e gentile.

Nice room. Shower floor not the cleanest. Hairs present. One concern was finding the property. Not an easy thing. Another concern was how you enter and leave the property. The outside gate is always locked and you have to request the front desk to open it. Our room was in a different building and we didn't pass the front desk so we had to press a button and wait for them to open the gate. So coming back to the hotel you had to press a button and wait again for them to open the gate. A bit of a hassle.

Situado bem no centro histórico, é muito bom para visitar as principais atrações com facilidade. O estacionamento fica um pouco distante, mas nada complicado. Café da manhã básico, mas bom. O pessoal é educado e atencioso, e a experiência no geral foi muito boa. Recomendado.

Stanza bella e accogliente, così come il personale e le signore delle pulizie camere. La Signora che gestisce la Sala Colazione è stata amorevolmente premurosa e attenta al benessere del cliente, durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.

Salve,VOI EXPEDIA avete venduto e sottolineato che parcheggio è gratuito ,ma sorpresa perchè inesistente proprio,e grazie al personale dell'albergo ci hanno indicato un parcheggio a pagamento a 700 m distante . PREMETTO CHE LA STRUTTURA NN DISPONE DI NESSUN PARCHEGGIO 🅿 PROPRIO.

This hotel has Old World charm in its furnishings but is updated where it matters. The bathroom has a heated towel rack and a rain showerhead; the mattress and pillows are just right in firmness/softness and the quality of bedlinens was excellent. It couldn’t be better located; it is within walking distance of all the major sites of Gubbio. There is a public elevator minutes away that takes you up/down a few levels if you are too tired or are unable to traverse the numerous hilly alleys and streets on foot. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. It is situated in a major piazza and has been used in a number of TV and movie films!

Vi var i starten af oktober, men der kunne ifølge hotellet ikke sættes varme på værelset. Lød som lidt af en dårlig undskyldning. Ved morgenmaden "deltog" to hunde, Den ene hund blev af ejeren båret rundt, mens ejeren tog mad fra buffeten. ULÆKKERT!

Wonderful property and perfect central city location in the heart of Gubbio. Staff goes above and beyond. Ask about the parking accessibility beforehand which we did. It’s a mid-evil walled city so access can be difficult if you are not prepared. We parked at the base and took the elevator up. There’s still a steep hill of cobblestone to bring luggage up before the elevator but if you are in relatively good shape, it’s fairly easy. If not they will give you instructions to drive but you need to arrange this ahead of time. Truly perfect spot in a beautiful city!

Very nice place to stay in Gubbio, rightly located and friendly staff. Hotel has also a nice restaurant below in the city. Don’t turn though your GPS to get there rather call the hotel manager!

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location with amazing views. We loved exploring all the little areas within the hotel… lovely roof top area and quiet seating areas outside and inside. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Old style Italian, but excellent location to explore Gubbio froms

È un hotel di massimo 2 stelle, camere vecchie e colazione pessima. Inoltre, viene assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata e soprattutto le foto su expedia e sul loro sito sono fuorvianti ed una trappola. Credo che le recenzioni positive siano state lasciate da persone che non sono mai state in un 4 stelle. Evitate questo hotel, mancanza assoluta di organizzazione.

The hotel is stunning in a superb location but driving to it proved very difficult because Google maps had no idea. Recommendation for hotel - send guests a map with the route on it. We had to park in town and walk up steep hills and steps to hotel then be given a map and walk back to car and drive! Also hotel has lifts but still some steps. Having said all that we thought it a wonderful experience.

Key location in the heart of Gubbio. Lovely room with stunning view. Hotel staff were excellent super kind and willing to help in case of need or questions. Definitely a great choice.
