Resepsiyondaki beyendi bütün sorularımız cevap verdi ve bizimle çok kibar bir şekilde ilgilendi. Kahvaltı ekibi de aynı şekilde güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Olumsuz hiç bir şey yaşamadık. Teşekkürler Hotel su ekibi.

Odalar rahat, biraz fazla beyaz ama konsept böyle. Çalışanlar hizmet odakli ve misafirlerin memnun etmek için ellnden geleni yapıyorlar. Spa ve spor salonu oldukça iyi ve kullanışlı. Antalya merkez deki ilk tercihim burası olur.

Yaklaşık 10 yılı aşkın süredir farklı dönemlerde, hem tatil hem de eğitim amaçlı konakladığım bir otel. Her ziyaretimizde aynı temizlik ve düzen standartlarını koruyor. Toplantı odaları ve sunulan hizmetler oldukça başarılı. Yemeklerin fiyat–performans dengesi ve lezzeti de son derece tatmin edici. Lokasyon açısından da oldukça avantajlı.

Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour.

No not at all. I mainly wanted to use the pool since I love swimming. Pool was cold and there were no lifeguards when I tried to swim at 530 pm on Match 5th. It should have been open till 10 pm just like gym.The temperature was supposed to be 28.4 like every other indoor pools in the hotels worldwide. It was only 22C. So I couldn't swim. My reservation was for 3 days. I only stayed one night. Following morning I talked to 2 managers in the hotel they both said there is nothing they could do so I left the hotel in the morning of March 6th. I paid for 3 nights, half board , March 5 ,6 and 7. I only had dinner on March 5th. I didn't even have breakfast on March 6th because I was so upset after talking to the managers. They were not friendly and not willing to help at all. I lost my money thru no fault of mine. I moved to a different hotel with a functioning pool and my vacation ended up being more expensive unexpectedly and unfairly. I would give this hotel 1 star
