Love the pool / waterslide!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless!

I just found the hotel old and needs to be renovated. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Pool looks larger in the picture

Halls were noisy, breakfast was disappointing. Room was clean.

Great stay and friendly staff, room was large and had everything you needed. Rooms were a little noisy but not too bad definitely a good stay for 1 or 2 days. Also it had a surprisingly good breakfast included.

Well taken care of. Convenient location for travel and wanting something decent.

All in all, this is a real great place to stay. The staff are absolutely amazing. The pool and breakfast were great. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room was also very clean. Just a couple of little things were small little issues such as, the toilet filler in the bathroom stuck and a few times had to be flicked by hand for it to fill, to be able flush. The support legs on the left side of the main table the tv is on, didn't seem to be connected and when we got in the room at first, it was half from under the table. The bathtub has some pieces out of it. Even with these little things, we were happy with our stay.

Staff with somewhat helpful but room is certainly not what it should have been. Ceiling fan did not work in the bathroom there was one bath towel two hand towels, there was no soap no face glass the TV remote did not work.

It was easily accessed but not near enough to walk to any highlights or pubs in Truro. Hotel itself didn’t have anything in it except swimming pool so just a basic overnight place to stay with a few things to eat for breakfast.
