Quiet and beautiful property with everything we needed and more. Great hotel bar, gym and location.

We really wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately it fell short from the moment we arrived. The gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for our stay. We were also disappointed to learn that the hotel does not honor Expedia VIP benefits, despite being advertised as part of the program. The room itself was decent, but the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything happening in the hallway, making it difficult to relax. We also found the views to be underwhelming and not at all worth the hype surrounding this property. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night, so it was manageable. However, based on our experience, we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel. We’ll be choosing the Fairmont on our next visit instead.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location! And the restaurant is stunning! Breakfast was delicious, with much to choose from, and the blind tasting menu at dinner was fabulous and fun. We would highly recommend this hotel !

This was a lovely hotel, the location is good and the facilities and decoration are lovely as well, very much fit the tone of the Quebec city overall. But the services was super "amazed" me that did not match the quality of this hotel. I booked three night in the hotel, and I was assigned a room that close to the room that under the construction, and the roof of my room was under the construction as well. The noise was loud and woke me up at arround 7:10am.

This hotel is by far my favourite! Absolutely stunning. The historic touch with artefacts around the premises is very unique and I would definitely come back.
