Room was small but clean. Location was around 30 minute walk along the sea front to the cathedral and town centre, although there are small cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. Would have given it a higher rating if check in had been better. We arrived at 1pm, and they said that check in starts from 3pm so we could leave our luggage and wait, which was fine. We did all the necessary paperwork at 1pm. When we returned at 3pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready and was only now being cleaned. After waiting 2 hours, to only start cleaning a room at check in time is unacceptable. I said I was not prepared to wait and they found a different room which was available within 10 minutes. It was quite stressful. The hotel does have an underground car park too, you have to reserve a space in advance with the hotel, it’s €28 per day and it was stressful to get the gate opened too, we called reception to open it, but it closed before we could get the car in, so we had to call and wait again. Wouldn’t stay again, was a bit further out of town than I expected.

Very well situated in a central position within walking distance of the main shopping and restaurant area and the port area also nearby this is a real find. Good value for money.

Mkt bra frukost. Välstädat rum och trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Ligger i det lite lugnare Catalina med gångavstånd till mkt i Palma o nära till busshållplats.

Hôtel 4* non mérité. Avons eu chambre façade de l’hôtel, tellement bruyant, impossible de dormir. Avons demandé de changer de chambre et tout était ok pour le bruit sauf que la porte du balcon était brisé, le wifi affreux, la table tenait debout mais brisé. Bref je me demande pourquoi nous avons eu cette chambre au départ sachant très bien que c’est de la m…. Et que l’hôtel est presque vide à ce temps de l’année. Nous ne y retournerons plus jamais

Bien ubicado frente al paseo marítimo, 15' caminando gasta catedral. Personal muy amable, cama confortable y muy limpio.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit kompetenten, freundlichen Mitarbeitern in zentraler Lage von Santa Catalina. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Das Zimmer war für fünf Tage ausreichend groß, ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele, schöne Restaurants und Bars. Bis zum Meer sind es zu Fuß knapp 5 Minuten und bis Palma Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten.

+Staff were friendly and were able to prepare the room sooner than the check in time. +Room’s spacious (Queen Room for 2 people) and had a good range of amenities (body wash, shampoo, coffee machine, bottled water, iron and safe) +Good night sleep - Room was dusty all over. - noise transfer from balcony door was very loud like the door seal wasn’t working. On a busy main road so a lot of noise from cars. Overall, a good stay for the money. 10min walk to the city centre of Palma. A lot of restaurants in the area if you didn’t want to walk too far
