The location and staffs are good enough for a short stay.

Clean room, enough for 1 person, but I would have expected more space and a more sofisticated decor for a NH. Breakfast very well presented and fresh, with a good selection of products. Staff courteous and professional.

Very nice stay only downside would be no tea,coffee making facilities I'm the room.

Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Nice upscale hotel conveniently located near the train station and the funicular to the old city of Bergamo.

We would stay here again. Comfortable clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with nice variety of food and well prepared. Convenient walk into town and very close to the train station.

Ok hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huone oli sopiva yhdelle hengelle. Huoneessa haisi tupakka sinne mennessä. Ilmastointi toimi ja huoneessa oli sopiva lämpö. Aamupala oli hyvä.
