Our room was awesome and for a very good price. The jetted tub area was especially wonderful.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was to our liking. Near lots of restaurants and shops. I was quite disappointed with the check in experience however. We booked a room for a family of 4 (both parents, one teenager and one young child). We booked the room and paid ahead of time. Upon our arrival, we were told that in order for our teenage son to stay, we needed to pay a $25 up charge (came to almost $30 with tax) as he was to be charged an adult fee to stay. I have booked hotels at a variety of hotel establishments for many years and I have never been asked to pay an extra adult fee. We had a room with 2 double beds (4 person occupancy). So, I don’t know what the issue was. I paid the fee, but was not satisfied. I don’t know why we were penalized for having our teenager stay with us. Not acceptable.

Walked into our room and the first thing you smell is curry and the pillow cases on the bed were yellow and lumpy we asked for a new room because it smelled and the guy told them it smelled of smoke which i never said and we got a new room which smelled better and the cases were white and pillows were not lumpy but 1 of the towels in the bathroom had a stain on it breakfast was not appealing

They don’t serve eggs for breakfast. They don’t leave water bottles in the room. Their phone chargers doesn’t work. You have to be ready for your stay. The staffs are treated badly by the manager. He was insulting them infront of guest . When I was there one house maid was crying because of manager’s insult . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here the 2nd night cause it was non refundable; the breakfast is lacking but you can pay to upgrade to eggs (the good thing it opens at 6am weekdays vs 7). The hot water is extremely hot so be mindful of that. The Vaughan Monte Carlo was nice so thought would try this one.

Great service. Clean. Close to the airport. $20. Uber. Friendly. Collett in the bar is an absolute comedian. Loved her. Front staff are great as well. The room was newly renovated with new hard flooring. NO carpet. Thats a plus in my wifes book. Great bed and easy temperature control. A+

Very impressed with the Motel. I’ve be 4 times so far and wil keep going there for the next 4 times and longer if I have too. Kitchen,food,drinks is all a 5 star rating to me

The room is clean, the staff is helpful, and the hotel is located at a convenient spot. The continental breakfast is very frugal, not like a continental breakfast would really be.
