This is the best hotel in Toronto!!!

Overall is ok.

The room was very clean. The shower was clean. The room was really nice and spacious. The only thing I would say is the breakfast wasn’t much, but that was the least of my worries. Thankfully, they allow late check-in that was so useful and helpful.

Check in was good. Getting to room was good. Once inside the room I discovered that the toilet seat was loose. I fixed it myself but believe this was unprofessional. Although I didn’t eat breakfast there it is my understanding that you must go to the front desk and ask for a breakfast coupon before having breakfast. Other hotels put the coupon/ticket in with the room keys but not here. Room was acceptable, parking acceptable, staff were courteous, small lobby but well lit. Nothing special or terrible, it was a room for the night.

Nice, clean room, friendly staff. The "continental" breakfast was meager, even compared to other Monte Carlo Inn locations. No eggs, no good pastries, very little variation.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean at all. There was a strong musty smell throughout the hallways, the room, and even the elevator. The carpet had stains, the bedding did not smell fresh, and the entire hotel felt old and poorly maintained. The photos online were very misleading and looked nothing like the actual property. I was shocked when I arrived and saw the condition of the room and the hotel. The air conditioning system was very old, extremely noisy, and did not cool the room properly. On top of that, the unpleasant smell seemed to come through the air conditioning as well, making the room even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and renovation. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Everything was good but hot breakfast options were very limited.

Good experience Staff was good. Breakfast was good but things were running out and was only run by one staff member. She was trying her best but was too busy for one person.

Have stayed here numerous times and found it to be consistently good. Breakfast always a bonus with restaurant being clean and convenient.

Room was big, it has all the needed amenities but the carpet smell was strong in lifts and room, took some time to get used to it Complementary breakfast was good !!

We stayed here again the next week after the problems. We asked that our room be cleaned FOR SURE. It was no problem. I believe in giving a second chance & they were right back to the good service they promise
