This is the best hotel in Toronto!!!

Overall is ok.

Clean room, spacious, pleasant staff, reasonable price

There was a bad smell throughout the whole inn. Smelled like wet carpet or something. The room was OK. Sheets and carpet had some stains. There was hair in the tub, so could do with more thorough cleaning and better attention to detail. Staff was amicable. Good enough for a last minute stay for 1 night.

It was noisy and annoying waste of money they didn't even offer a refund... i just couldn't slp i reported it to front desk n he said whenever the person in the next room uses water that's why i was hearing the sound but the sound kept happening every 2 mins even with the tv or music on you can hear the annoying sound.

Lady at the breakfast room was racist

The room was fine. But there was an escort across the hall who kept letting men in the side door and it kept us up all night due to the side door slamming shut

Friendly staff and great room

Bathroom amenities were empty, bathroom shower curtain dirty/mouldy, the rest of the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was underprepared no dishes, had to ask, milk containers empty, had to ask, no coffee mugs etc.

Front door broken and side doors to hotel don’t lock. Lights Elevator blasts a horn every time the door closes. The lights in the room were flickering and the toilet constantly running. And this was the Executive Suite.

Amenities were ok. Friendly staff . The bed sheets were not clean found hair in the bed. Staff didn’t know where surrounding locations are ie CAA centre in Brampton,

Very bad room wasn’t clean proper and asked to move to diff room was asking extra money. Used towel were still hanging behind washroom door. After check out next morning got rashes, like bug bites. Went to doctor and had spray my house so much expensive and these hotel people don’t clean the room properly and charge high.

Clean room, great friendly staff

Did not go in hot tube this time around

We have stayed at several Monte Carlo’s always enjoy the cleanliness and the friendly staff
