Always great staff

The lady at front desk was perfect , once at room we realized that the room was too small for the wheelchair so the lady upgranted our room to an whole apartment, it was so nice of they , I’ll sure to be coming back ❤️

Ill never stay here again the fact i hade to be moved times because of no hot water yhrn bre down sized the bed was soo hard not worth what i pay and top it all off pay 24 for breakfast

Room was clean and bright, mostly newly renovated. Old/ dated doors and small details. No soap in rooms ( across friends rooms too).

Staff at the front desk weren't assistive and made a big mistake upon check in. I was upset with the situation and advised the front desk. I received an apology but nothing else. It was super disappointing considering we have stayed here many, many times.

Everything was good. Restaurant food was very good. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to others.

The property was renovated to a very pleasant modern design. No carpets, available wireless and phone chargers.

Clean room, fridge was not working and had been not working for a while, smelled really bad.. other than that, good stay
