The type of room we chose to stay is spacious, and having the toilet and bathroom separated was highly practical. The hotel's location is very convenient, and many attractions are within walking distance. Although the hotel breakfast did not have a wide variety of food, the quality was excellent. Waitress at the restaurant was very nice and help.

Newly decorate and smelly. Room is too small and no fan to exchange air in bathroom. Good location but pricing.

酒店感覺新和乾淨，地點方便。但一個女前台的服務和態度差得要命！！入租住日子由6/5~9/5三晚！6/5先跟我爸爸入往，7/5~9/5二晚多租了一個房。因為媽媽7/5上午上午9點才從香港到巴黎酒店。9點離登記入房只有3小時，我想帶媽媽到我的房間放下行李，休息一下再拿房子。這女前台用很差的語氣和方式不讓我媽媽上我房間，否則要多扣我一晚房錢！！！房間内暖氣壞了也見我們是華人，這女前台愛理不理，别離開那日也没修理好！房內無拖鞋無咖啡，無暖氣！更不幫我們打電話租車……不知這女前台服務員的服務能算上四星嗎？我們最可憐的是這家酒店可能太小，所以由上午9點到下午9點也只有她當值！想找别人也幫忙也没有！每晚也要等别一個前台上班才可問路真的很惨！花錢受委屈！！！！

离卢浮宫、奥赛和橘园都是步行十分钟的距离。服务也还算不错，早上八点到的，已经准备好房间，直接让我们入住了。跟图片不太一样，房间有点小，但有设计感，挺干净，没有热水壶，配备的洗漱品还不错。

The staff were friendly but I was disappointed by my balcony 'suite' which was a corridor and two chairs - not luxury. The balcony was a massive step up (no step provided). we did get to switch rooms to a the 'family' suite, which had a slightly larger corridor 'suite' area. Bath knob didn't work so I had to fill my bath with a shower. and the loo was in the main bedroom (a separate closet) so if someone was sleeping and you were in the corridor, you had to go into the bedroom, turn the loo light on and flush it noisily. we were only allowed to stay in the family suite for one night and had to move the next day to a different suite. so for a two night stay we had over 60minutes discussing the suite on the first day (pm on Friday so precious time was being wasted) and we had to move rooms twice. they did move our belongings, but it meant I had to pack and unpack my toiletries and personal items twice in two nights. we asked on Friday about booking a taxi on Sunday morning to go to Gare du Nord and were told it was not a problem and they would do it on Sunday morning, when I spoke to the front desk on Sunday morning they told me that the road was blocked off (due to Tour de France) and I would have to walk to the taxi rank at Opera - 10 minutes walk away, with my suitcases. So not a great stay. but a lovely location. The staff were friendly but couldn't change the lay out of the rooms. I did point out that the photo on the website it not the suite I was given.

It's a very convenient location near the Louvre with several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

At best, this is a 2-star hotel. The rooms are extremely worn and the carpet in my room looked like it had been there for decades, with stains everywhere. I also saw mold in the bathroom and found spiders on the ceiling. This was not worth the price at all.
