Quiet clean hotel. Amenities minimal and not as advertised. No access to advertised roof top patio for example and nothing there anyway. No laundry machines for guests. No on site coffee or easy food options. Staff not very friendly. Parking more complicated than it needs to be. Location and setting very mixed. Short walk to town but not pleasant. Would stay in different area of central Hannover next time.

super clean room, nice staff, didn't have breakfast but good options locally, parking was safe and watched the world cup game in the hotel. Gave me disposable slippers too as i needed them

The staff and room itself were fine, the issue was the air conditioning was broken during a heatwave. We checked out at 23:00 unable to sleep. Staff initially refused to refund until the next day, but eventually did it. Went to Doubletree by Hilton instead which had working air con. Staff admitted it was too hot to sleep in.

Very good location. Great breakfast and nice underground parking.

Vi havde valgt hotellet, da det var oplyst, at der var el-ladestandere på hotellet. Det var der ikke, hvilket ikke var tilfredsstillende. Vi måtte bruge tid på at finde alternative, og spildte tid på det. Personalet var ikke hjælpsomme, da vi spurgte til dette. Værelset lugtede af kloak, da vi kom ind. Heller ikke optimalt. Sengen fin. Puden elendig. Morgenmaden god. Baren dyr.

Morgunverður afar góður, mikið úrval af öllu. Starfsfólk til fyrirmyndar.

Generell ein gutes Hotel. Ich mag die zentrale Lage. Zumal das Hotel nicht zu groß ist. Parkplatz auf der Rückseite.

Breakfast definitely a USP of this hotel, as well as friendly staff and very clean hotel
