It was ok

The bed was very hard especially when someone has back pain can be very uncomfortable. I noticed that the hotel is starting to wear, the carpets were stained and dirty but the hotel was clean in general.

We got room next to elevator, you can clearly hear sound of people in and out, we have to ask to fix light fixtures in washroom as it was dark. Fridge looks old and was not working properly Furniture looks old.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is aging a bit but was clean! Good location with free parking. Our room AC was not working very well, no bathroom fan, and the bed was okay. Overall good place to sleep for a night.

The bath tub drain was plug and drain really slowly

Very dated. Going through renovations right now, which is a good thing and I can't fault them for that. A travel companion had a bug in her pillow and stains on the actual pillow (under the case). I found hairs everywhere; in the sink, one large one on the middle of the sheet in the bed, on the bathtub. It didn't feel very clean. For a Hilton, we were very disappointed. Would not stay again,

Decent room breakfast was minimal

Great staff!

We were told about breakfast at check-in, and I assumed it was included. However, when we went down we discovered that the cafeteria-style breakfast is complementary for Hilton Diamond members but over $20 for everyone else. I'm sure it was communicated somewhere in the documentation, but as one who doesn't typically stay with Hilton, it was a little surprising.

THE STAFF WAS EXCELENT, ALWAYS READY TO HELP IN ANY WAY! BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY TASTY EVEN THOUGH IT WASN;T INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE A/C COULD NOT KEEP THE ROOM AT A COMFORTABLE LEVEL. BUT WE SLEPT WELL . VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR STAY

Friendly staff, easy to check in and out. I appreciated the late check out and microwave in the room, not common to find these days.

Breakfast could improve more selections

Staff were excellent. In the middle of renos on the top floor but I didn't notice it at all during our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Located a short drive from West Ed Mall. I'd gladly return.
