位於火車站附近，交通方便，飯店外也有電車站。設施部分，有冷氣，但因為六月才能開，白天的時候蠻熱的，唯一的小缺點。

The bed is great and room is clean. The bathroom is small but enough for one person. My room is on 4/F but still hear the noise clearly from the ground and the hotel is just next to the train station so that u can hear the sound from the train till 11pm. The staff is nice and friendly. Most important is the air conditioner is so difficult to control and the controller is broken while the first day I were there but its fixed on the next day.( The machine is very old, looks like will broke soom)

半夜附近是酒客叫囂 很吵

预定两晚，第一晚被取消，没有收到任何通知，好在酒店态度诚恳帮忙联系另外一家，差价酒店来付，给安排的那家刚刚装修完，一股装修的味道，气味刺鼻，但胜在房间大小还行，但是我们还是得浪费时间来打包行李，因为第二晚得回去这家酒店住，很不方便，分到的房间非常非常小，三个人挤到不行，灯光很暗，墙壁是红色的，整个房间一股暧昧的气息，昏暗、狭小是这个房间的标签，完全跟图片不符，都不知道是不是酒店补了差价，心里不平横给安排了最小的一个房间，是这个欧洲15天旅行以来住的最差的一间房，还不如那个气味刺鼻的房间，整体体验很不好，都不知道三星怎么来的？

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre, aux chambres cosy, même si leur surface est restreinte. Accueil très souriant. Attention, l'ascenseur a une capacité très réduite ! Petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai certainement les d'un prochain déplacement à Lyon.

Chambre en sous sol mais ça allait. Simple vitrage mais à l’arrière pas de bruit. Personnel disponible et bon petit déjeuner avec un belle quantité pour tout le monde.

Bon séjour chambre propre et j'ai bénéficié d’un surclassement sans frais supplémentaires et ça c’est agréable.

De kamer was schoon en modern. Het ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging bij het station Perrache en metro/tram is perfect.

Très bon accueil, chambre très confortable et agréable, bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux avec œufs, charcuterie, fromage. Des viennoiseries également complètent, yahourts aussi. À proximité de la gare Perrache, le tram devant l entrée de l’hôtel. Parfait pour une virée shopping et gastronomique à Lyon !

La chambre était très propre et bien équipé, excellent petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfait si vous arrivez en train- littéralement en face du gare Lyon Perrache.

Arrivée tardive, très bon accueil. L hôtel est idéalement situé à côté de la gare. Un jardin à l arriere de l hôtel permet de fumer ou de grignoter. Je recommande

Bonjour! I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa Berlioz. All the staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and kind. With a special thank you to Alexia at the front desk for breaking stuff down in english and being so helpful. My room was very clean, tidy and just perfect for my needs. The hotel was easy to find and very central to many places, restaurants, metro and bus station. If I am ever in Lyon again definitely would look forward to visiting Villa Berlioz again. A lovely bunch keep up the good work. Mercì beaucoup.
