Wonderful stay

Breakfast could be better and offer more variety.

Eneste to tingene som dro ned oppholdet var størrelse på tv-en kunne vært litt større, og reservasjon av jacuzzi var fullt. Vi visste ikke at vi måtte reservere på forhånd, men det kan være vi ikke sjekket godt nok. Veldig hyggelig betjening, godt renhold og store rom.

Alt var rent og pænt, men tænker at de med fordel kan sætte lidt større tv på værelset, da det stod langt fra sengen, og gerne et par internationale tv kanaler.

Very welcoming service, and an extra plus for a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival. We also appreciated getting tips on dining options and sights that were worth visiting. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of the Old Town and the places we were going to visit. Wonderful to have AC in the room. One downside, however, was our last evening when we visited the hotel restaurant. The waiter was really nice all evening, but when it was time to pay, he simply said that card payments weren't working. When we then asked to charge it to our room, he started speaking Czech, printed the receipt, threw it on the counter, and turned his back on us. We guess it was because he wouldn't be able to get a tip, but it was still a disappointing end to an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Everything was very clean, and working as it should. the breakfast was varied, and very good quality. Location is great, with many tram lines to different directions, very close. Walking distance from Hradchanska FLIXBUS stop.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was wonderful, our room was very clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. I was sorry to go!

Fint hotel i bra läge nära både stan och Pragborgen. Effektiv AC på rummet uppskattas då det var ordenligt varmt vid vårt besök. Bra frukost men drinkarna på kvällen var inget vidare.

O quarto que ficamos estava limpo e todos os dias tinham a preocupação de trocar as toalhas, os produtos do banheiro tinham um cheiro muito bom. A equipe de funcionários foi bem atenciosa, em um dia que saímos para um passeio antes do horário de início do café da manhã, eles deixaram um lanche preparado para levarmos ao passeio. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores da viagem, muitas opções de tudo e as mimosas do fim de semana eram ótimas. Deu até tristeza de ter que ir para casa.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The room was immaculate and comfortable, the staff couldn't do enough to assist and the food delicious, including the buffet breakfast with an enormous choice to satisfy all tastes. Would not hesitate to come back

Excellent hotel. It was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was top notch. And location was magical as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Personalet var meget hyggelig, beliggenheten var helt perfekt. Ganske sentralt selv om det er over brua, ikke noe bråk på kvelden unntatt litt trikke kjøring man kunne høre kjøre forbi noen ganger. Frokosten hadde det man trengte for å starte dagen. Og opplevelsen her var ganske fin.

Bra läge med promenadavstånd till sevärdheter. Rent och fräscht rum. Sängen knarrade jättemycket så fort man vände sig. Bra frukost och bra mat. Nyttjandet av spabad eller bastu var svindyrt samt ganska dyra massagebehandlingar
