210euro for this hotel is unacceptable. Small bed bad service rude manners!

Szép elegáns szálloda, tisztaság, gyönyörű kilátás, nagyon jó lokáció.

Stayed 3 years ago but this time we thought the room needs a refresh and some soundproofing (if you book, request a room away from the irish bar!!). We also had a strange sink unit in the bedroom which served no purpose!

Gammalt rum, otrevlig personal och allmänt dåligt läge. Bor man i rummen ovan irländska stället får man ingen sömn.

Bit dissapointed we had no view from our balcony facing a car park,and that no tea coffee facilities in the room.

Be very selective when picking the room. We picked the lowest cost and those are NOT good rooms. We were at first floor and a ventilation vent was blowing perpendicular to the terrace. Basically if you’re not getting “ocean side” or very high floor mountain side then don’t book here. Toilet had urine smell as vent is not wolfing vertical. I had doubts about main AC working property as well. That said…. Half Board Food was AMAZING! Very crowdy and not overly pretty but fantastic quality and versatility for food. Basically food is why we didn’t complain about room. That good!

I feel the rooms are slightly outdated.

Acceptable for two night stay with minimum need for hotel facilities . If I were staying any longer I would have been far unhappier . Room was in need of makeover . Broken tiles in shower , mould everywhere . No iron facility and when I enquired with reception I was told it would need to be hired in externally. Breakfast both mornings and as poor with cold food ( even when arriving at opening hours 7.30) pools are much smaller than they appear on official photos . It’s a bit ‘ no frills’ however we only required the room for two nights so made the most of it . Staff were friendly and definitely the highlight of the hotel .

The room was filthy! Dated, tired and grubby

Huone oli hyvä ja siisti. Rauhallinen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja kohteliasta, varsinkin ravintolassa.

Vi liker oss veldig godt i Arona og Las Amerikas. Det fine for oss med å bo på Las Amerikas er den fine gåturen på ca 30 min langs promenaden til Los Christianos. Det går jo raskere igjennom gate. Vi liker promenaden, surfere og når det er solnedgang i vest.

Poorly maintained very noisy and reception staff not helpful

Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück auch sehr gut.

Room was immaculately cleaned daily and staff so helpful in fitting in with our time in the room
