The location is near to the train station. The hotel room is very big and tidy. There is a kitchen area with sufficient utensils and tools for guests to do cooking. The staffs are nice and helpful. Just a minor problem is that there is no air conditioner inside the room so it is a bit hot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Everything is good but there is no air con. Not so far to Part Dieu station.

No air conditioning in summer time

The room provides small kitchen with everything you need like water heater, coffee maker, refrigerator, micro waves and stove, wine glasses and plates...etc. The location is closed to metro and not far from train station. The room is really cleaned but extra cleaning fee may be charged if you didn't clean your room up, such as throwing garbage.

It's comfortable! The room is clean and well equipped.

A nice place to stay. It's a little bit hard to find the hotel if you use Google Map. A better way to find the hotel is to ask local people with the map, about 15 minutes walk or you can take T1(tramway). It's also near metro station. There are restaurants, a shopping mall and some shops in the neighborhood. There are only fans, no air conditioners in our room. It might be hot in summer if you stay here. We didn't open the window because there were mosquitoes outside. (there's no screens on the window). The room was clean though.

飯店離電車站不遠，房間很大很舒適。

很好, 酒店內有廚房以及一切所需廚具, 而且還有碗機!!!酒店最距離當地著名美食街市只有徒步2分鐘, 可以非常方便地享受異國煮食的樂趣!! 另外, 酒店位置非常適合2-3天LYON之旅的人, 要到機場的特別火車和火車站就在10分鐘徒步路程內, 而要到舊城區亦只是徒步15-20分鐘!!

Conventent location, quiet and cozy.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF

Hotel lobby is under renovation until end of 2013, so the entrance area is small. Not affecting much except when you stay in 7th Floor cos the lift is located in renovated area.

Très bonne insuperable

Very updated and comfortable. Nice bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen. Buffet was not great but it’s nice to have. Staff were nice especially Ferhat and Celian. Housekeeping a no show but did manage to get fresh towels. Will be looking for other Citadine properties in the future.

Disappointing stay. It has potential - but maintenance and service is failing it. Shower and sink were clogged and unpleasant to use. Breakfast was empty trays halfway through the 7-10 breakfast window. I asked a member of staff if they were bringing more, they said they’d call someone, but nobody returned.

The inside was nice and clean, however outside it could be better, the outside of the windows were dirty and dusty, and the planters outside had death dry plants and flowers !

The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during a major heat wave and were very grateful for the air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the main train station was a major plus so we can easily go to our next city after our stay. The food in the area was incredible and there’s a massive food hall across the street. Overall glad we made that accidental reservation for next year because we will surely be back!

Appart hôtel idéalement situé au centre ville de Lyon. Tout est en cours de rénovation. Notre appart était spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons.
