Beautiful hotel - a bit difficult to get in and out with a car, but loved it.

It was a cute stay but not a five star. The rooftop pools are tiny and more like a dipping small pool. There are no drinks or food there. Also our room was in a completely seperate building across the hotel main lobby. Felt more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel .

I received a very warm welcome when I arrived, and the staff and service were e excellent, and my room wonderful. And, the location was great.

We stayed in the adjacent apartment building. Perfect for our young family. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop pool with views of the Cathedral is incredible. Our kids were in the pool every day. Tomas on the door and Simon at the front desk were fantastic. I e-mailed a couple of times before the stay and got responses right away. This is an amazing team. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Barcelona!

This hotel offers Gothic Quarter style aesthetic and charm along with modern comfort and amenities. The restaurant is excellent, the staff was gracious and helpful, and we really loved the rooftop pool. We especially appreciated the elevator and the generous air conditioning! Highly recommend for a stay in Barcelona!

Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very, very historical and charming. Hotel is elegant, artistic, and with all modern conveniences. Outdoor portion of hotel restaurant is in a historically significant plaza. Sitting there sipping wine would in itself be a nice holiday, but, of course, Barcelona is one of the great cities of the world.

Thomas greeted us at the door and made sure everything was in order and handling whatever we needed during our stay. A beautifully appointed hotel in the perfect spot of the Gothic Quarter. When we return to Barcelona, we will stay at Hotel Nero.

Quiet, clean and very close to all interesting museums and cathedrals!

The staff were incredibly friendly, engaging and helpful. Their English was great, and it made visiting smoother as our Spanish is terrible

The desk girls were awesome! The room service was excellent. The porters were over the top helpful. Jasmine the young front desk girl was exceptional. The whole staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Thank everyone!

An elegant, beautifully curated space with responsive, classic service. Lovely touches like handwritten notes and small complimentary snacks. For those traveling with their furry friends it is pet friendly with a fee and amenities. Enjoyed.

Den beställda frukosten till rummet kom ej i tid, utan var tvungen att ringa om den. Kunde ha varit mera flytande tvål /showergel. I minsta laget för 2 personer och ifall man vill bada i badkaret oxå
