Rooms and shower excellent....poor breakfast for that price (quite expensive).... dinner venue very tight, tables too close to each other....very good food tho (fishpie excellent, huge portion, recommened) , good location for outdoor activities and walks, nice staff and overall strong three star hotel (3.5-4).

Lovely hotel especially for families with children. They really cater to younger children with clibers and an area to run and play plus movie nights. Restaurant was a real bonus- food and service were great. Parking was onsite too.

The receptionist who checked us in on Friday 31st July 2026 was lovely and friendly. Made us aware of seats round the side near the toilets for kids to charge devices before our room was ready. Aldo made us aware we could use hotel facilities before check in. The hotel is very family oriented which I loved. Two of my four children have autism and I would say it’s very inclusive for all children. We enjoyed the mini golf as a family. My kids loved the pool early in the morning. It took my autistic son a little getting used to the child friendly pool - (A quiet hour before or after opening times would be perfect, as other pool users could be aware that special needs kids are in the pool and this would stop the stares.) We had food lunch & evening and enjoyed these. The bar area is beautiful with a fantastic cocktail menu.

Great restaurant food and excellent staff and service

Hotel was very well situated near the main road into town. They had plenty of activities available for the kids, and a nice dining room and bar as well. The rooms were clean and the trip into downtown Wexford was well worth it. The pool was nice, but bring your swim caps as they require them.

Clean room, friendly staff, parking in front of hotel. The breakfast could have more options.

Stayed one night following the ferry crossing. Room was good side for family of 4, and food was good (bar). Lots for the kids to do if we had been staying longer.

Hello ;) We stay at Newtown Park Hotel from 15/07 to 20/07 of 2026. Family of 4. First time here. I work in retail so I know how important good first impression, customer service, etc... are. I could drop a long review sentences, but I decided to go point by point, short and sharp ;) 1. Main gate, car park, front of the hotel - very good. 2. Lobby - very good. 3. Front desk (staff appearance /customer service/general information/etc...) - very good. 4. Lifts (x2) - good (bit small for family of 4 with bags, but we gained more steps, by using the stairs ;) ) 5. Outside areas of stairs, our room, etc... - cleanliness, safety, accessibility, etc... - very good. 6. Room (two single, one double, bathroom) - You should work on bathroom air vents (not working) and maybe extra cooling fans in current hot weather condition, but overall very good. 7. Room service - very good. 8. All kind of staff appearance/customer service/etc... - excellent. I would love to go by names you were all amazing. 9. Food (breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks, etc...) - very good/tasty. "Liquid Bar food" too ;) 10. General toilets/cleanliness/presentation/accessibility/you name it - very good. 11. Swimming pool/changing rooms/showers/sauna - very good. 12. As a father I also recommend this place for families with infants/babies/etc... too. I suppose that's everything. Nice upgraded room when we arrived and a surprise birthday cake slice in our room on arrival ...very impressed with all of the stay

It was a good getaway trip and the hotel was well located with good activities for our kids. It was a nice relaxing trip

Booked a room at the last minute as we were visiting relatives in the area and decided to stay a night. We managed to get the last parking spot when we returned from an evening with them.

Great hotel overall. Would stay here again. Just like my other reviews, only downside was no A/C.
