Great nice location

We have a pleasant in here and front desk staff are very helpful and polite, would be back as soon as possible

The room is not clean well, and the bathtub has been dirty. The bed sheets have not changed at all because my falling hairs have stayed in my bed 4 days during my stay.

Whenever I visit Poznań, I stay at Don Prestige Residence. The location is excellent, right in the Old Town and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, cafés, and the Market Square. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is always very tasty with a good selection of options. The only downside is that the windows do not provide great sound insulation, so traffic noise from outside can be noticeable at night. Aside from that, it's a great place to stay, and I keep coming back whenever I'm in Poznań.

Pro's: - Good location, very near the Stary Rynek, tram stop nearby, other attractions also nearby. - Breakfast is OK. - Staff is nice, but some of them are uninterested. Cons: - WiFi very lacky, spotty and slow. - Rooms very noisy. Nextdoor room door was screaming to get some oil. - Rooms are fitted with airconditioning, but today still only the heating function was activated, so it was a continuous 24 degrees inside my room... - Outside the front door it says this place is called "Resi*ence". The D is missing, which gives the whole place a rather outdated look. Not the best first look. - The first room I was given (313) had big, worn spots on the floor. - That room also was the assembly point for all the noises coming from the airconditioning system. I could literally hear the conversation of other people in other rooms. After I reported this, I was promptly given another room on another floor and staff would investigate. So a very good problem solving staff member at late night (which is a positive thing).

The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us. the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly. Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips. The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok. Easy place to stay close to centre for exploring.

Slitt hotell, vanskelig å lukke døra, toalettet lakk, slitte møbler. Grei frokost og god service. Sentralt men mye bråk i området.

The room was spacious, clean end OK, but the tv was very small, and I missed something on the walls, like a painting, a drawing or a picture. The reception is very small and personal, and works OK, but some of the staff hardly spoke or responded when spoken to... The breakfast is OK, and so is the bar. One of the best things about the hotel, is the location. Short distance to most of attractions downtown. All in all a nice stay.

Overall a great location and friendly staff. However, our A/C did not work (same for a mate also on 6th floor) they sent someone up who could control unit with their remote, but could only turn on/off and not change temp. This meant we had to leave the window open and it was very noisy. The breakfast was a nice freebie and has a nice selection, however for me the scrambled eggs were too runny.

The hotel was picked due to competitive pricing and proximity to the Main Square. However, our room faced the main road side of the building and even though we were towards the top floor of the building there was tram and road noise as the windows were not particularly soundproofed, Especially with the local idiot in his 5 litre Mustang revving up and down the local area in the early hours of the morning. The trams also start in the early hours. Luckily after tiring days exploring Poznan we zoned out pretty quickly for the remaining nights. No issues with the Staff and the breakfast was good. We used the bar only once and the barman made some excellent cocktails.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Dame sprach gutes Englisch. Sehr sauber. Leider gab es in meinem Zimmer keine Dusche, sondern lediglich eine Badewanne mit Glaswand. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Leider gab es an der Bar kein Fassbier.
