Great nice location

We have a pleasant in here and front desk staff are very helpful and polite, would be back as soon as possible

The room is not clean well, and the bathtub has been dirty. The bed sheets have not changed at all because my falling hairs have stayed in my bed 4 days during my stay.

Tolle Lage. Zimmer bestens vorbereitet. Sehr nettes Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Alles super!

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Ama kahvaltı salonu çok küçüktü ve insanlar sıra beklemek zorundaydı.

Pænt hotel tæt på Poznans gamle bydel. Pænt og rent værelse og god morgenmad med valgmuligheder. Venligt personale, der søger for at morgenmadsrestauranten fungerer effektivt. Til eftertanke: Internettet var meget svagt i det værelse vi boede i. Man kan regne med at vente på plads i morgenmadsrestauranten, som er meget lille.

Bra frukost, väldigt nära centrum. Bra kommunikation till tågstationen.

Super spacious n clean room. The breakfast is amazing. A lovely spread with lots of variety. The staff is super friendly n helpful. Smack in the middle of Old Town n close to everything. I had a very comfortable stay.

Schönes Haus, sehr zentral gelegen. Nichts für Nachtschwärmer: Der Barkeeper beschützt die Bar vor Kunden. Bestellung erst nach langer Diskussion möglich.

Great location and very helpful staff

Rooms are quite old, tv very small and no more than sky news international channels. Light in the bathroom very low, lamp broken shower old. Pity because the place is quite nice closer to the center. Too expensive fir the category and amenities. No restaurant

Whenever I visit Poznań, I stay at Don Prestige Residence. The location is excellent, right in the Old Town and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, cafés, and the Market Square. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is always very tasty with a good selection of options. The only downside is that the windows do not provide great sound insulation, so traffic noise from outside can be noticeable at night. Aside from that, it's a great place to stay, and I keep coming back whenever I'm in Poznań.

Pro's: - Good location, very near the Stary Rynek, tram stop nearby, other attractions also nearby. - Breakfast is OK. - Staff is nice, but some of them are uninterested. Cons: - WiFi very lacky, spotty and slow. - Rooms very noisy. Nextdoor room door was screaming to get some oil. - Rooms are fitted with airconditioning, but today still only the heating function was activated, so it was a continuous 24 degrees inside my room... - Outside the front door it says this place is called "Resi*ence". The D is missing, which gives the whole place a rather outdated look. Not the best first look. - The first room I was given (313) had big, worn spots on the floor. - That room also was the assembly point for all the noises coming from the airconditioning system. I could literally hear the conversation of other people in other rooms. After I reported this, I was promptly given another room on another floor and staff would investigate. So a very good problem solving staff member at late night (which is a positive thing).

The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us. the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly. Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips. The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok. Easy place to stay close to centre for exploring.
