good service

房間黑漆漆，洗手間設計發神經，沖涼時間不停漏水，全地面濕透，還有未住過無抽氣的洗手間，沖涼後濕氣滿天，難道要 滋生細菌! 另每年都來西班牙度假幾次，很少不是中心點的酒店要付停車費，我原本留了一車位，但到達酒店外已大量免費車位在等著我的汽車，所以不用11歐元停在酒店!

Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not pleasant, I asked them if they could call the bus station, which is across the street, to see if we left the bag in the Flixbus we took from Evora to Badajoz. But they felt relieved that they were off the hook and didn't want to make a call for us. Any hotels, without stars, in Asia would have been much more helpful than that. We went over to the station and there was a Flixbus window there but I don't speak Spanish and the guy doesn't speak English. Very helpless, we felt. With the experience of guesthouses and hotels I've stayed over 34 countries, I certainly advised this hotel to make a phone call to make their guests feel better, if there's a next time.

Knowing only a few words of Spanish was of no hindrance to our stay at this perfectly located hotel in Badajoz. For instance, the reception staff helped us order taxis and transitioned seamlessly between Spanish and fluent English, for which we were most grateful. Having said that, all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, initiating polite salutations in both languages as they recognised our Spanish language limitations. The restaurant staff quickly learned our choices of drinks, both hot and cold. Often they would offer us our coffee just as we liked it. A very nice touch, thank you! As mentioned by previous reviewers, the hotel location is perfect for arrival and departure by bus through the convenient proximity of the bus station 2 minutes walk away. We had many day trips to neighbouring towns, even one to Seville, by clean, efficient and inexpensive buses. The historical walled city is a leisurely 10 minute stroll away from the hotel, with many cafes en route. On days when we got weary after a long walk, a short, inexpensive taxi ride returned as efficiently to our comfortable hotel and room for relaxation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a base in the city/region for exploring the history and culture in this beautiful part of Spain. We stayed for 8 nights in May before moving onto Portugal.

La ubicación es buena. Tienes la estación de autobuses a 3 min. La habitación muy limpia, cepillo, pasta gorro ducha, peine, abrillantador, gel y champú en botes. El desayuno muy bien también

Tive uma excelente experiência no Hotel Alora Mérida . Destaco especialmente a limpeza impecável, a simpatia constante dos colaboradores e a localização privilegiada, perfeita para explorar a cidade a pé sem pressas nem complicações. O café da manhã é bom, com opções agradáveis, embora o espaço seja um pouco reduzido, o que pode torná-lo mais movimentado em certos momentos. Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi muito positiva. Recomendo com confiança a todos que desejam conhecer a encantadora cidade de Mérida com conforto e praticidade.

Foi uma estadia de uma noite , mas tudo dentro do esperado

Cómoda habitación, limpia y buenas camas. Un poco antiguo el baño, pero todo en perfecto estado. El desayuno muy completo y todo muy rico

No tuve tiempo de ir al gym. Yo mejoraría el desayuno que es un poco básico para la categoría del hotel. Los zumos no son naturales, poca variedad de fruta, los embutidos de poca calidad, igualmente la bollería muy básica nada apetitosos. No se aparca demasiado bien por la zona, pero el hotel tiene aparcamiento.

Free parking and easy access to city center. Staff were friendly. Only complaint is no tea or coffee in room. Or compliment water.
