預訂了2晚2張小床的房間結果給的是1張雙人床，跟飯店反應的結果卻在客廳加了1張折疊式的行軍床應說這樣是2張床誰要睡客廳啊！ Check in時說明天會換2張小床的房間要我們打包好行李換房，結果第2天也沒有換房依然給我們同一房間。 一點誠信也沒有的飯店！ 奉勸想要預定的兄弟姐妹們千萬別上當啊！ 若預定了只能自求多福！

離地鐵站近，附近安全有超市

地點離重要景點都很近，附近單純安全，離地鐵站3分鐘，房間很大有客廳，有家的感覺，適合較長時間居住的旅客，房間乾淨簡單，可寄放行李。

一共住宿3晚，從來沒有遇到飯店天花板大漏水，還好已經是最一夜，飯店工作人員看到漏水情況也措手不及，拿了一些毛巾讓我放在地上，告訴我這不是他的錯，真是不可思議。

还不错，客房很大有客厅，设施一般。距离地铁站3分钟，市中心10分钟步行。

Basically, everything is good and the hotel is in a convenient location. I will come back to this hotel again when visiting Vienna.

Overall good value for money. Big room and good location. However, only one small pillow was provided per person.

地下鉄、トラム駅が近く、移動しやすい。クーラーとミニ冷蔵庫がありがたかった。 ベッドはやや狭めだが、部屋が広く、シャワーの水圧も問題なし。近くにコンビニがあるのも良かった。

Nice location, clean, good service

Front desk staff was not helpful 2x. Once when I asked about local tours she was unable to help me although that was listed in the narrative regarding the property. The second time when I asked about the laundry option I was discouraged to use this service due to the cost and the time needed to complete a wash/dry cycle. I was willing to pay the 30 euros but not after being treated like I did not deserve this option during our trip. A few times in Vienna we were not treated well by locals.
