All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

My room was in the second floor and it was very noisy due to downstair's kitchen vent.

早餐均會準備好，掛在房間門口，很方便，每餐還附一張動腦題，很有創意。備有咖啡膠囊，淬取出來咖啡不錯喝。房內備有雨傘可借用。房間乾淨，床也舒適。

The room is lovely, very clean, and great amenities.

Front Desk went above and beyond and arranged a delivered breakfast to go for the following morning. We had an early departure. Room was cozy and wonderful. Had everything we needed. Short walk to galleries the train station. Loved the vibe. Would love to return.

Equipe e localização. Os quartos sao bem apertados p/ 4 pessoas como foi o meu caso. O café da manhã apesar de ter qualidade é deixado dentro de uma bolsa pendurada na porta, isso deveria ser avisado ao fazer a reserva, pois minha família prefere que o café fosse servido num salão apropriado.

Hôtel très bien situé , près du port et du quartier petit Champlain . Un personnel adorable , prévenant et très Pro . La chambre confortable et cosy . Un très bon souvenir .

La chambre était très propre, bien aménagée. J’ai apprécié le déjeuner continental chaque matin et leur service à la clientèle. Très bel emplacement et établissement. Très serviable.

Welcoming and friendly staff, perfect walkable location and comfortable rooms with cozy robes. The quick breakfast was a great start to the day!

Our stay was fabulous! The room was clean and warm! The linens were excellent too. Breakfast is a wonderful grab and go style. Due to allergies, the staff lined up alternatives to the oranges and yogurt and the croissants were divine. If you have a chance, stop and say hi to Antoine! He took our trip to the next level with transportation suggestions, must see attractions and best of all, where to eat. The hotel is walking distance to both lower and upper old town and is magical with all the snow and lights. If you are looking for great places to eat, check out Conchon Dingue (forgive me if the spelling is wrong), Le Lapin Sautee or Pizzetta. The food was marvellous at all three locations! Bon appetit and bon voyage!
