We did a two weeks vacation in Spain, and by far this is the most expensive hotel in the trip I had booked. The pool area and the hotel lobby is really nice and very well maintained. However, the staff are not helpful, at times not nice to converse with. Also VIP access is nothing on this hotel, they do not offer anything special for you. Also no amenities in the room. No shower caps, no boxed tissue, no slippers, no iron. Nothing at all. The facility seems like a time share hotel.

Prima hotel, vlakbij het strand. Voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad, schoon hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, grote kamers, goede bedden en grote badkamer. Elke dag kamer cleaning en schone handdoeken. Ook bij zwembad elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Erg schoon en goed georganiseerd. Dichtbij het dorpje .

It was a nice hotel, amazing views, go for a see view on the 5th floor of Ronda building. You won't be disappointed, and the sunrise is stunning. I would like to mention Simone the Manager, whose attention to ensuring my stay was satisfactory, was great customer service, which was consistent among the staff I spoke to. I have to admit the spa was disappointing, parts of the spa was locked, or out of order. Plus to use the spa is extra for customers. I think it would be nice if customers staying at the hotel were offered a complimentary first session in the spa. Then pay for any additional sessions while staying at the hotel. But overall I had a good time, and was well looked after. The hotel is also perfectly located, a scenic 15 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants, and clubs. Or a 20 minute taxi ride to Marbella, public transport is good too, and will take about 45 minutes to get there. Puerto Banus is a 15 minute bus ride from the Marbella bus station. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I intend to stay there on my next visit to the Costa de sol. I hope the hotel takes on my comments and suggestions related to the spa, which would be nice to see on my next stay. I would rate my stay overall 7.5 out of 10.

One of the best Hotels my wife and I have been to.

This was our second stay at the IPV Palace ,and it did not disappoint. The hotel is situated at the quieter end of Fuengirola , which we enjoy. Waking up to see the nice blue sea 30 metres away on a gloriously sunny morning is a lovely start to the day. Breakfast offered a wide choice of hot and cold food which should please most people. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Morgenmad ok. Aftensmad en katastrofe. Alt var koldt eller lunkent. Skramleri fra oprydningsvogne. Godt beliggende hotel med fin hall og nice pools.

The hotel spa is amazing with a hydrotherapy circuit and packages for massages, body wrap/scrub, and facials. I highly recommend the Shiroda massage. The hotel has a main building for reception and 3 separated buildings for rooms. One building, Mijas, has a sewer gas problem. The food at restaurants in the hotel was very good.

This hotel was nice. It is at the far end of Fuengirola but still easy walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants. Outside pool was good. Frustrated that indoor pool was only available as part of a spa treatment visit or pay 12 euros a day to use it. Breakfast was well organised and good selection. I wound stay here again.

Fine og romslige rom. Ligger perfekt til med strandpromenaden rett utenfor og kun en liten gå tur inn til byen. Ca 15 min å gå til Miramar kjøpesenter med klesbutikker og mat butikker,

The hotels beautiful, clean and staff are friendly. Don't worry about the road next to the hotel as rooms are all at back and no noise at all. Gym was very good as well. We will return. Only negative is that the service at the pool bar could be slow at times with food and drink orders when seated at tables.

A really nice place & we enjoyed our 10 days so much. It is quiet, relaxing & ideally placed to go sightseeing accross Andalusia, with good roads & trains nearby. We loved our sea view & easy access to the beach, town of Fuengirola & bars / cafes & restaurants. The staff & food in the hotel were so good & the pools & spa were lovely. We are so pleased that we picked this hotel. Lastly, we got it at a very good price, so 10/10 all round for us.

Frukosten var tillfredsställande, oberoebde preferenser. Bra att parkering finns nära och ingår i priset. Bra pool, tillgång till stranden, gång avstånd till staden för promenad eller små inköp.

Lite slitna rum men bra läge vid stranden. Superbra gym! Nära till Shopping c och restauranger. Frukosten sägs vara toppen men hann ej prova. Lite krånglig personal med knackig engelska. Helt ok men inget märkvärdigt. Fin utsikt. Hade önskat vattenkokare och kaffe/the på rummet.

Outstanding resort hotel with access to the sea. Incredible breakfast for surcharge and they offer dinners as well. Rooms was amazing, staff is great. Free parking by the hotel — huge plus for those traveling by car. I would definitely comeback

Mycket fint rum, närmast stranden och med fin havsutsikt. Rent i badrummet och sängen, vilket är viktigast. Golvet inte lika rent, men acceptabelt. Bra läge vid stranden, helt ok både som övernattning efter en flygresa och som några dagars avkoppling i sig. Bra frukost, med kock som gör omelet enligt beställning. Kaffet inte bäst, men generellt bör alla kunna kitta några av sina favoriter.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable for our one night stay . Rooms were very spacious with views out to sea. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the omelette chef was very good. More than happy to recommend

Only 1 night that time. Check-in slow, 2.45pm and room not ready. Champions league semifinals in television and management arranged concert/singer same place same time. Comic situation. Not good for football and singer. My wife did not feel good, asked for later checkout 2 hours and had to pay extra. Expect improvement for my next visit on May 26th.
