An excellent hotel in a quiet, safe area of Madrid. The staff were courteous, helpful and very accommodating. The room is clean, modern, and very spacious but the bathroom is a little bit dated.

Fica localizado num bairro muito agradável, com supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes e próximo ao estádio do Atlético de Madrid. A estação de metro mais próxima fica +/- a 700m. Ótimo café da manhã, serviço impecável e alimentos frescos. Muito bom para quem já conhece Madrid e quer explorar outras regiões.

This was an excellent choice for my stay in Madrid! The staff was great at the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant. Rooms were spotless clean! Towels and sheets were white and smelled fresh. Lemon water at check in. Walking distance to a small grocery, a “dollar store” and a few eateries. Breakfast buffet was exception! It’s out about 20 min from downtown Madrid, but I thought it was nice to be out at a quieter location. Easy taxi ride to downtown, train stations and airport. Five star!!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Service, saubere Zimmer und ausreichendes Frühstück....sehr zu empfehlen

There is no slippers in the room, when l asked it to reception rhey have no any also. Housekeeper did not put new cafe . They did nor changed the towels even l said pls make my room .l wont choose again

Schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren prima, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

War alles in Ordnung außer das die Fenster leider nicht in Ordnung waren. Zu dem war die Dämmung im Zimmer absolut Katastrophe im Bezug auf Zimmernachbarn. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Ben illuminata e confortevole. La temperatura per la notte era ideale. La stanza è completa di tutto il necessario.
