Chambre très bien et propre

Room was ok, only 2 very small pillows on the bed making for an uncomfortable sleep. Halls are quite dirty and have a bit of a smell. The place needs a bit of an update.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla. Rannalle oli 200 metriä. 2 km lentokentälle ja saman verran keskustaan. Raitiovaunut 2 ja 3 ajoi viereisellä kadulla ja lähin pysäkki oli 100 metrin päässä. Huoneen ulko-ovi ja parvekkeen ovi eivät eristäneet hyvin ääntä. Hotelli ja katu oli kuitenkin aika rauhalliset, joten saimme nukuttua hyvin. Raitiovaunut eivät ajaneet öisin. Lähellä on paljon loistavia ravintoloita. 50 metrin päässä oli lähin ruokakauppa. Parveke oli iso. Mahduimme syömään siellä kahdestaan aamupalat ja parvekkeella oli pöytä ja tuolit. Hotellin aamupalaa emme ottaneet. Luokitus oli osuva, hotelli on 2 tai kolmen tähden. Kaikki toimi , mutta mikään ei ollut uutta. Hinta-laatu-suhde oli oikein hyvä. Jos et halua luksusta vaan mukavan ja toimivan majoituksen kohtuulliseen hintaan, on tämä hyvä valinta.

Trevligt överlag och vi upplevde lägenheten som nyrenoverad. Bra sängar och sängkläder. Bra städning. Fräscha köksattiraljer. Rejäl terrass, t o m med lite havsutsikt. Optimalt läge. .

Location is excellent, kitchenette facility & laundry were 2 requirements for me and worked well. The hallway carpets are in dire need of replacement. Too many dogs for my liking.

Rent o fräscht i rummet övriga faciliteter som korridorer och övrigt ganska slitet. Perfekt ställe att utgå ifrån om man vill resa runt, nära till spårvagnstrafiken.

No interaction with staff, hallways have a bad smell. No toilet paper in restrooms.

Det var verkligen värt pengarna att välja rum med balkong. Vi bodde på våning fem och fick lite havsutsikt. Mysigt att sitta på balkongen och äta.

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

Very clean room in a good area close to the beach and tram to go to the city center . The service is friendly and helpful especially Tatiana who gave us also city recommendations. I loved to stay there .

Convenient to trams. Very close to the promenade de anglais, 45 min walk to old town, 20 min walk to shops and bars

Easy to find, close to the beach and tram, safe area, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms big enough and clean for a budget friendly hotel.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.
