Super great service! Stunning palace with great food. Really worth it! Need to come back!

Property itself is gorgeous and unique. It's a quiet place within a chaotic city.

What a lovely stay. From our arrival to our departure we were looked after by the kind staff. A special mention of Pargat Singh who went out of his way to make us feel special, remembering what drinks we liked and where we liked to sit. The facilities are wonderful and peaceful just outside the gates of the old city. Food was delicious from tasty breakfasts, to lovely dinners and coffee was accompanied by biscuits. Will be visiting again when I return.

It is a very old hotel they have done a good job in updating and maintaining it. The rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and with a/c All the outdoor space is beautiful and very inviting. The restaurant is also very well kept and original to its style. Staff is always ready to help you.

We had mice in the room , the curtains did not cover the windows , the room was a total rip off at € 850 per night , it was equivalent t to staying at Fawlty Towers, the stay was a disaster and the management was horrible. Not even the beds were properly made , and the bedsheets were tatty. PLEASE NEVER STAY THERE - the worst experience in 40+ years travelling !! This was a maximum 2-3 star hotel , if that !

We paid for a garden view room and were provided an inferior room with no view to the outside. there was no hot water on the first day. Internet did not work most of the time.
