Very clean, friendly, courteous staff, great location if you don't want to be right downtown. Close to mall (walking distance) ... busses close by to get around. Slight disappointment with WiFi connection at times.

Beware when booking, the pool will not be usable. They had it fenced off. If you liked the 80's you'll love the bathroom!

Really friendly people who keep the place very tidy. My dog was welcome and we had an excellent stay. The breakfast room was small, but it did the job. My favorite amenity was the kitchenette - I took my meals in my room and felt almost right at home.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

So don’t bring your dog unless you can bring your dog everywhere. I had to order a pet sitter because your dog is not allowed to be left unattended. Overall would stay at this hotel again it’s very good boujee on a budget!!

Great place to sleep. Room was large. Pool and hot tub closed, that’s all that was missing.

Good place to staycation

Clean, and very comfortable. Nice staff and fairly quiet. Only downfall was we booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hottub and once we paid we were informed it was closed. 😞 Breakfast was average for a continental breakfast but overall a good stay.

Breakfast starts at 7am, it's too late for customer with flight at the nearby Kelowna International Airport. Too late also for truck drivers. Many people are up early the 7am breakfast is not helpful.

The hotel is old, but everything is clean and has everything. It's very decent compared to others in this price range.

The staff were truly helpful and the whole property both inside and out were clean. We (family of 4) stayed for 1 night and booked the hotel because “pool” was listed as one of the amenities, but we were disappointed to find out that it was closed. We paid $250 for the one night which seems very high considering they knew the pool was closed but chose not to disclose that until after the fact. The breakfast was nice and overall the stay was good but it was overpriced for what they advertise.

Parking is easy, room was clean, breakfast albeit minimal was good and staff are excellent
