共住3晚，第一個晚上跳電，但櫃臺工作人員只有在上午7點到晚上11點有人 再來都沒人。最後在門口的緊急對講聯絡上客服人員，才緊急找工作人員來處理。 另外洗澡水溫溫度不穩定有點忽冷忽熱，在浴室的heater 也故障。

Although this is not a totally new hotel, but they re-renovated many area, is like a brand new hotel, very clean, nice design, comfortable, close to city centre, you can find some restaurant around.....Very convenient!!

Very convenient for parking, breakfast was good. So far for the positive points. The employees are a nightmare! The oldest one is 20, uninterested, on their phone, not cleaning during breakfast. The rooms are quite small, airco is not working unless you ask downstairs. One towel, room was not clean. Overall experience was very poor. I would definitely not come back.

Propre, calme, bien placé

In 10 minuten lopen zit je in het centrum, er zijn eetgelegenheden in de buurt of in het centrum. Parkeren gratis bij het hotel. De kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd, maar alles werkte. Ontbijt was prima.

Quarto bom, boas camas, muito limpo e um café da manhã muito bom. O quarto apenas precisa de manutenção, a luz do banheiro queimou e uma das janelas não abria totalmente. Mas tem bom custo benefício.

Great staff, checkin was smooth. Took a bit to work out the light switches in the room but overall hotel is decent option for the price range. Included breakfast was great

Parking available outside, good Breakfast, helpful staff, room good size, outside a bit dirty and ruff, just out of ZTL Zone, so safe to drive to!

Room was relatively clean but the shower and bathroom show signs of age, and had black stains or mould in the corners of the bathroom, and a musty smell. The staff were helpful, and offered me free a breakfast as compensation for my complaints about the bathroom cleanliness.

Lovely hotel, free parking, decent breakfast, big rooms, on the bus route to the centre of Modena, but it is also walkable (c. 1.2 km). Would definitely stay here again, perfect place for visiting the various car museums in the area with a rental car due to the free parking. The price was good, the room was clean. The air con doesn't work until 15th April, which wasn't ideal, and we had a slight issue with the shower, but I would have no issues staying here again.

Le due receptionist al mio arrivo molto gentili e competenti. C’è il parcheggio che è sempre importante. Camera secondo gli standard della catena. Bagno spazioso. Colazione gradevole e spazi buoni dove poterla mangiare. Direi tutto ok ed in linea con i servizi medi della catena.

Nice location, clean and comfortable room with great beads, the minus is that you have to pay for garage parking as a hotel guest and breakfast was nice with the sweets but the eggs looks like from the package.

Posto dove alloggiare molto comodo e vicino al centro di Modena,lo consiglio!

朝食は野菜が少ないが、コスパ的には充分満足。 排水溝の問題は過去の口コミでも気になっていたが、改善されていないようなので、もしかしたらイタリア人は足元に2cm、3cm…と水が溜まってきても気にしないのかな…と。日本人は我慢できません。浴室にヒーターがつかないのに、流れるまで待つのが寒過ぎる。排水問題は知っていて予約をしたのと、忙しかったのでフロントへクレームしていません。 それ以外の点では、フロントスタッフの対応は良かったです。

Underground parking at a cost. Some staff were OK. Coffee machine in reception is the foulest coffee machine ever.
