There is no parking area near or adjacent to the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes and park in a public carpark. The front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone from 1400hrs and no car could enter to drop off luggage.

Location is awesome, staff is friendly and really helpful. Room size is moderate and clean and shower place is good. The only thing needs to be improved is A/C it’s not strong enough.

Room is small but surrounding environment is convenient just located in city center. Staffs are nice and friendly, they do speak good English which made us easier at communication. The two problems are water pressure and bed. Water pressure is small and you can't get good enough hot water. Bed is kind of old and you can feel inclined from left and right. Parking is not easy but it is natural since located in city center. However, they are still a good value hotel.

The room is really nice and the staff is the most friendly one I’ve seen in France. However, I had booked my room with breakfast but they seemed not to know it and charged it again.

接待热情，门口可临时停车下行李。虽然房间较小，仍有足够活动空间。有电梯，酒店设施完好，装饰精致典雅，还有2个古典小阳台，可俯视繁华街道。床褥被子舒服。性价比很高

地點非常好，就在最熱鬧的老城大街上，餐廳，商店，教皇宮都很近，也有超市.房間很新又乾淨.下次再到訪，一定會再來的，謝謝！

櫃檯人員服務親切，房間也整理清潔，除了房間內噴的香味太多太濃以外，其他都很好！早餐的服務人員現場解說的很清楚！擺設也有用心！

老闆人很熱心可愛，飯店比想像中大很大，窗外就是街景，讓人很放鬆的休息，對面是藥妝店，價格便宜，飯店出門右轉有很多好逛的商店，左轉就是大廣場，有很多可選擇的食物。唯獨電梯有點小

This hotel attracted me because it is close to the main attractions in Avignon. However, when I check in, the manger said Hotel.com made a mistake and passed my booking to them late, and they their rooms are full. Then they took me to another hotel which is 1.5km away. I tend to believe they have overbooked and send the extra people to other hotels. You should contact the hotel directly to make sure a room is secured.

The room was basic but adequate for a short stay. It was very centre to many attractions in the old city. Did not have much interaction with staff. Had an incident in the middle of the night 3 am. A guest went rampaging through the hotel screaming like a bat out of hell banging on bedroom doors with such force there is damage. We were terrified to leave our room and at one point I was about to scream out of the bedroom window. There was no night attendant in the hotel and therefore no one to address this problem. Fortunately the police arrived and everything quietened but we did not want to go back to sleep for fear it would start again. We reported problem to staff in morning and although apologies no real explanation for the terror we suffered. Would not recommend or use hotel again

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised, an overall very pleasant stay.

We consider it a good three stars hotel. (4 stars no way!)

Was a great location

Perfect little boutique hotel in the heart of Avignon step away from the Palais des papes. Clean friendly service I highly recommend it

I did not rate breakfast, as i didn’t include in my booking. Alexandra at check in was awesome, offering a choice of rooms with excellent description of each. She was always helpful during my stay. The Regina is perfectly located midway between the train station and the Palais des Papes on the main boulevard. This meant never more than 10 minutes from most restaurant and sites.
