Very tired and old hotel. Check in took a very long time and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed.

Hotellet er mer slitt enn bilde. VELDIG mye støy når de holder på med aktiviteter i bassenget på dagtid. Langt unna alt av andre type restauranter og butikker. Ok mat på buffet men ofte lange køer for å komme inn og da tar det også lang tid før man får nye glass eller får tak i vann. Rommet var bra i sin enkelhet. Sjøutsikten var delvis skygget av hotellet sjølv.

Vi hade rum med havs- och poolutsikt vilket va rent och fint. All-inclusive är ok inte mer. Man satsar på kvantitet över kvalitet även om dom jobbar i buffén gör ett bra jobb så är utbudet och kvaliteten råvaror låg. Baren vid poolen (den enda baren) har ett uselt, riktigt dåligt utbud av all-inclusive alternativ. Man har några få dåliga, vissa direkt äckliga halvfabrik-drinkar, sött vitt vin och bubbel utöver öl att välja på. Man får bara beställa 2 st artiklar per person så det går inte att beställa till hela familjen och kön är ofta lång så det är bara att börja om och köa igen. Man försöker och ibland får man 4 st artiklar och ibland inte. Katastrof. Personalen i baren va också otrevliga - pratade om och skrattade åt gästerna. Receptionen och andra i personalen runt poolen va väldigt trevliga. Barnen hade kul och uppskattade uppträdanden och aktiviteter. Vi stannade fyra nätter och va rätt nöjda med att lämna efter det. För priset vi betalade kommer vi inte besöka igen.

Really nice to have the beachfront access and a good pool, but the hotel itself is only ok. Spacious but dated rooms showing a lot of wear and tear, in need of new furniture and bathroom remodel. Breakfast buffet was very good, dinner less so. The dining room is crowded and understaffed. Very limited other dining options within easy walking distance.

This is a good sea front hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive staff who are always happy to help. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great start to the day. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Very clean room, lovely staff, excellent value, fantastic setting. The bus is a let down as it doesn't go frequently enough into town and we missed our connection to Malaga, this affects tourism. Thank you for the wonderful stay

I would not recommend staying at this property. In my experience, it does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. We were initially assigned a room with a strong mold/sewage odor and extreme dampness. The walls and ceiling felt soft to the touch, and the air conditioner was leaking enough water to create a puddle on the floor. We requested a room change immediately but were told the hotel was full. After waiting four hours for a maintenance technician, they agreed the room was unacceptable, and we were finally moved. It took speaking with four different staff members and hours of persistence to resolve the issue. The buffet food was bland, overcooked, and lacked flavor. My sons, who normally eat anything, barely ate during our stay. The shower temperature constantly fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot without warning, creating a potential burn risk, especially for young children. We also found it strange that the pool and surrounding lounge chairs (Including the beach) were closed off with a physical fence around 7:00–8:00 p.m., even though it stayed light until about 9:30 p.m. Overall, the condition of the rooms, poor food quality, safety concerns, and restrictive pool hours made this a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Cuando llegamos nos toco esperar como 20 minutos hacer atendidos . Una vez entramos a la habitación a descansar las sabans estaban sucias Al punto que me di cuenta porque me dio rasquiña en la espalda y cuando me fijer era que estaban sucias. Las almohadas estaban nuy viejas parecian una toalla en lugar de almohadas. Perdi mi dinero porque pague la noche y solo duramos 2 horas en el hotel porque era imposible dormir ahi . Hicimos checkout inmediatamente y la recepcionista dijo bueno podriamos cambiarle de habitacion pero el nivel de incomodidad era tanta que preferimos irnos . Sin duda no lo recomiendo menos en temporada alta

Hôtel de 3 étoiles maximum du pour des rénovations manque d’entretien. Belle extérieur et piscines mais à besoin d’amour sur le reste du complexe. Chambres vieillot et lits désuet

A lovely hotel a little way from Nerja town... About a 50 min walk (which I like). You can walk all the way along the coast to Neja (very pretty!). Food was okay for price. Pool nice. Good for a family and couples. Rooms are big. GREAT football bar found. .. Opposite road up on hill. Entertainment didn't seem that great. Early bed for us.

Ett bra hotell till det priset. Maten bra och drinkarna bra. Vin på flaska i all inclusive. Många engelsmän som vet hur man roar sig. Lätt att ta sig till stan med buss utanför hotellet.

Our 10th year of staying here & yet again it met all expectations. What we love is that many of the staff are still there and they give you such a warm welcome as though you are truly appreciated.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming except for the reception staff who were very abrupt and quite rude. We had contacted the hotel twice prior to our arrival to request a quiet room with a sea view however we did not get a reply and on arrival we were allocated a side sea view room overlooking waste land used as a car park. We were informed that they give priority to guests who book directly with the hotel. Also, we had to return to reception numerous times as our key-card didn’t work despite ensuring that it was kept away from our mobile phones. Our room was quite tired and in need of an upgrade but at least it was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. We were AI - the food in the buffet restaurant was quite good with plenty of variety - the waiters were very friendly and attentive. The bar staff were all friendly and efficient too however the all inclusive cocktails were horrible - if you wanted a decent cocktail, they were 10€ each. Evening entertainment was a bit mixed and included singers, karaoke & bingo - so not to everyone’s taste. There are plenty of sun loungers so no need to reserve a bed with a towel (although that still happened around the pool area). The hotel is a 30 mins walk into town or a short bus ride. Would highly recommend visiting the Cueva de Nerja - these caves are absolutely breathtaking and a must see. Overall, we enjoyed our week and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a quiet location.

Behov av renovering. Gammal heltäckningsmatta med fläckar. Dörrar behöver slipas och målas. Hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Borde ljudisoleras. Maten utmärkt. Städarna mycket trevliga. Serveringspersonal trötta och nonchalanta.
