令人难忘的一次入住。这家酒店的位置非常好，位于老城的市政广场旁边。酒店很干净。特别是服务非常好。很热心。我们住了三天，非常愉快。因为该酒店是一座老建筑改造的，没有电梯。前台的一个小伙非常热心帮我们把行李搬上搬下累得满头大汗。我们非常感激他。强烈推荐该酒店。

Old building with modern decoration, like home. Due to open area, an umbrella still be essential in room. The TV set is too small, particularly during World Cup previod. Restaurant is around you and inside the old town. Within 10min on walk, you can go to most sightseeing.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is very convenient to go to nearby sights. Took you just 30 seconds to walk to the town centre. Many good restaurants nearby as well. Staff there were nice and helpful too! Would recommend others to live in this hotel for a short visit in Tallinn!!

Clean, pleasant comfy rooms. Great location with everything easy walking distance. There is no elevator!

Large comfy room. Air conditioning wasn't working, but they provided fans and it was ok. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt super, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse direkt am Rathausplatz. Was Reisende wissen sollten: Es hat keinen Aufzug und es gibt viele Treppen. Dafür hat das Haus aber Charme und Charakter. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Eier werden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, gute Auswahl an frischem Obst. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem.

Amazing hotel with fabulous staff. We liked the location and closeness to restaurants, especially as it was raining g some of the time. We made use of the sauna as well, great addition. Would recommend

Merchant's House is in a wonderful historic area. We enjoyed our stay, especially the large sauna area. What a great amenity. The location was convenient for exploring the old town. The condition of a few areas need improvement though. The patio was crumbling and in disarray and the exterior staircase is in need of repair or replacement. Our bathroom looked like it had been recently updated and our room was comfortable. Overall a very nice option in Tallinn.

It was a nice hotel, and had what you needed for a stay in Tallinn for some days. The location of the hotel was perfect, could not be better.

Central location. No shower unfortunately, but had a beautiful bath.

Amazing location right next to the old town square with all the central attractions, bars and restaurants easily accessible on foot. Staff were all very helpful with advice on where to go and how to get there. Free use of private sauna a big plus. Breakfast was amazing with good choice of cold buffet including local cured meats, fruit, salads, yoghurt, cereals, pastries etc. Good choice of hot, cooked to order options also included. The English full cooked was really good quality and very substantial. Overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed, chilled and welcoming. We will definitely stay again!
