The hotel was very charming, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a very early flight, and they packed a breakfast to go box for each of us. The location was wonderful, in the heart of the Gamla Stan district, and we were able to easily walk to restaurants and shops in the area. I highly recommend Lady Hamilton Hotel.

Charming character full hotel in the centre of the medieval town. Great location, lovely hotel, comfortable clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Welcoming staff, quiet, friendly, and restful. Good variety of choices for breakfast including a separate Gluten Free counter. Gluten containing breads were separate from the main buffet reducing the risk of cross-contact.

Great location , 3 mins walking to the royal palace. Very well maintained hotel !

This hotel is in the heart of Gamla Stan, Stockholm's old town, just a few steps from its main square with restaurants, shops, and the Nobel Museum. It is quirky, filled with memorabilia and antiques related to Lady Hamilton, Lord Nelson's mistress. The rooms are small, but functional. The breakfast is included and excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for something unique.

No air conditioner - room stifling hot even with windows open. Church bells rang every 15 minutes 24/7. Hotel provides ear buds but they don’t block the church bells. Cars not allowed on street so you have to haul your own suitcases to hotel. Excellent breakfast.

So charming and perfectly located! The staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean! Highly recommend!

Great breakfast and staff

Good hotel and centrally located in Gamla Stan. The hotel is old with lots of history. That being said there's no AC in the hotel and if you plan on sleeping with the windows open you're going to hear the church bell go off every 15 minutes and on the hour.

My family of ten stayed here at various times in our two vacation. My stay of four days with my four teenage granddaughters was excellent. We had a medical need at midnight on a Saturday and the night staff arranged a taxi efficiently. We wanted to meet two local friends and they offered us space to visit. We had an early departure and they sent sandwiches with us. Conversations with staff were always fun and helpful. Also, the location was great. There is so much history in the neighborhood. Loved it!

Lady Hamilton has an excellent location for all the museums, restaurants and shops in Gamla Stan. It is close enough to the metro and Central station to walk with bags. The hotel staff was amazing and over the top helpful when my daughter became ill and needed to go to the emergency room. The rooms are adorable and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

What a delightful hotel in the absolute heart of Gamla Stan. I can’t recommend it enough!! We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Sweden. The first night we had a room without air conditioning and with your windows open you can hear the church bells every 15 minutes all night. I put my ear plugs in and slept fine. The second time we stayed our room had air conditioning and we needed it. You are literally in the middle of all of the action so you can stop by the hotel as you explore the old town. We will stay again!

Classic hotel in old town. Great location adjacent to the palace in Gamla Stan with shopping and many places to eat. The area gets crowded when the cruise ships dock but quiets down nicely after the cruisers head back to the ship. The breakfast is top notch. Our complaint was the hotel advertised the room was air conditioned. It "was", but we were told at check in the air conditioner was broken and not fixable during our stay. We got to our room and the temperature was nearly 90 degrees. We stayed one of the three nights on our reservation. That said, even though we prepaid in a "non cancellable" room the hotel staff was very understanding. They allowed us to cancel and fully refunded our money for the two unused nights. Very professional and much appreciated.

The hotel was quirky and well located in the Old Town. The staff were excellent, very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we will stay here again when we return.

Great hotel in a great location in Stockholm. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Only reason for an average rating was that the room was warm, so kept the windows open. The street below was very noisy and construction outside the hotel started early. Was difficult to sleep from our room. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful.
