酒店位置不错，就在ADO车站不远。这次是因为要赶最后一天早上4点半的班车去机场，所以才选的这。但是晚上居然周边通宵唱歌。吵得根本睡不着觉。

En general si, recepción excelente, servicio de limpies a excelente, mantenimiento mal, reporté una fuga de agua en regadera y no fue atendida (desperdicio de agua)

La verdad no me gusto mi estancia ahí, el hotel ya esta viejo y por ende no le han dado mantenimiento adecuando, sabanas viajas, toallas viejas, el mobiliario viejo, wifi malo, el baño con una cortina super vieja. Además esta prohibido beber alcohol ni siquiera en tu habitación, y si lo haces multa de 1500 pesos, es Cancún, calor, quieres beber una cerveza en tu habitación y no esta permitido, se me hizo super mal. Entendería en la alberca pero en tu habitación, pues la verdad no volvería.

big and empty. Other than the beds and a table without a chair. A microwave, that was just thrown on the counter same as the mini fridge.. And the floors are unfinished. The walls were uh the same , Ibasically everything was pretty bad. There was rust in the drains and the toilet. Looked like it is. en la habitación e instalaciones no tengo problema, el tema es con la facturación que no me quieren facturar por haber reservado con hoteles.com y requiero mi factura de la estancia en pdf y xml de méxico

Zona muy céntrica fácil de moverse

O local necessita de uma manutenção com urgência. O primeiro quarto não foi o que reservamos, o segundo o ar condicionado não funcionava e só nos trocaram de quarto após diversas reclamações. Estacionamento na rua, não existe nenhum local interno.

I had stayed here before, and the stay was better before. The hotel isn't bad for one or two, but there's better options around the area.

Bed bugs in one room. Been moved to the next one AC dosen't work properly.
