I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.

Family trip, a group of 5, good location, very nice facilities, best view, good service by the friendly staff, will definitely go back to stay when I go to Lugano again!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. As a family of 5. We had loads of room, and all felt very welcome.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med skøn panoramaudsigt fra hotellet. Vi fik ikke et hotelværelse, men en decideret lejlighed for at få en ekstra seng til vores datter. Ganske positivt. Vær dog opmærksom på, at lejligheden havde fuldt køkken og opvaskemaskine, men dog uden service. Det fandt vi ud af, at vi kunne bestille da vi tjekkede ud… Gode muligheder for at oplade din elbil, da der er 2 ladestandere, som skal aktiveres af receptionen! Bistroen var okay - Priserne afsindigt høje for middelmådigt mad, men alt er jo dyrt i Schweiz undtagen San Pellegrino-vand :) Bistropersonalet var ikke super serviceminded og man skulle tydeligt gøre opmærksom på, at man gerne ville have et bord. Ikke noget med at hilse på kunden eller sige “uno momento”. Det kan I godt gøre bedre amigos. Lugano er en dejlig by med skøn promenade langs søen

setting was stunning with view over pool overlooking lake lugano in the distance. there are construction cranes in distance throughout city but nothing to do with hotel. on site restaurants were very good, wait staff so helpful and kind. pool beautiful. 5 min walk to funicolare to town and trainstation.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We took the bus right outside the hotel to the city center, which was so easy to get to. The rooms were nice and clean, and the view of the mountain was just amazing.

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning which was great with the hot weather we could experience during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast with a great buffet selection in an beautiful setting. housekeeping was friendly and made a good job during our stay, always trying to make sure the room is tidy and clean and adjusted to our time schedule. We had a balcony with great view over the pool, lake and mountains. The hotel had an amazing gym for a hotel, which my son and husband enjoyed very much. I think they would have enjoyed a more friendly and passionate staff there, but It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will be definitely be back.

Nice and clean.

Har kun godt at sige om hotellet. Vi har boet der tre gange, og alt har bare spillet. Dejlig udendørs pool om sommeren, og om vinteren/efteråret er der den indendørs pool og spa, som er dejlig at komme i. Stort træningscenter. Lækker morgenmad. Gåafstand til byen (dog via en masse trapper). Store værelser med air con og en dejlig balkon.

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Blick auf den See. Schöne Poolanlage. Aber das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
