La struttura é tenuta benissimo. Sono super puliti e le stanze sono spaziose. La cena é ottima per il prezzo pagato ed é molto abbondante. Questa struttura offre un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Overall friendly staff good pool and room was clean and up to scratch. Daily housekeeping and mopping of floors. Great location right on the beach. As an all inclusive guest the buffet was good, a bit limited but some options were particularly nice such as the fresh cooked meat on the grill for lunch and dinner and fried eggs and omelettes for breakfast. Drinks wise the all inclusive cocktails came from a machine and could be quite overly sweet, however the staff are accommodating and will pretty much make any drink you ask them to for you. Overall a great stay for proximity to the beach nice pool facilities, clean rooms and okay food.

Fantastic friendly place

Our second visit to the hotel, now booked a total of 3 rooms. We were spoilt on the first visit, located in the newer wing which was excellent; this time we had a long walk to the older part, bit run down. There were workmen everyday carrying out repairs, this included wifi which was down for 24 hrs ( out teenager was horrified). It remains a great hotel with great facilities and will likely book again in two years time.

Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour.

Het was heel koud in de kamer en verwarming was niet aanwezig. Voor de rest alles prima.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Eurostars Salinas. Die Rezeption war so freundlich und hat uns kostenfrei auf eine Villa mit Pool upgegraded

Room was excellent! We got a free upgrade to a premium room with see view, which was a lovely surprise! Room was also very clean and confortable.

Sea view room 231 was so spacious and clean, with fab unrestricted views over the bay.

At best the hotel is probably a 3* facility. The downside was The Spa, most facilities were out of order. We booked a joint massage for €45 euros each with another €10 euros to access The Spa.I have to say that every therapy room was covered in horrendous black mild which covered most of the ceilings.It was downright dangerous & would have been shut down if reported in the U.K. The hotel was informed but the Spa remains opened. We took photos of the massage rooms but the fact is, if we post them the Spa will not be used until a deep clean & treatment of black mild is carried out.

Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Angebot an Speisen ( ALL inkl. ) ist sehr auf Engländer abgestimmt und nicht von hoher Qualität. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, sind noch alte schmutzige Handtücher im Bad gelegen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist super, die Pools sind Geschmackssache, wir sind trotz All inklusive Abends auswärts Essen gegangen und Mittags auch, nur das Frühstück haben wir teilweise genutzt. Bei der Abreise wollten wir unsere Koffer wiegen und mussten pro Koffer 1 Euro bezahlen, sollte bei 4 Sterne dabei sein.
