Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Zimmer wirklich schön und sauber. Essen sehr lecker. Warum die Kinder im beheizten Salzwasserpool nicht spielen dürfen erschließt sich mir allerdings nicht. Und was auch echt genervt hat, war der Lärm von der Veranstaltung vom Hard Rock Hotel Beach Club.

My 6 year old loved the kids club. The heated pools were excellent temperature for swimming in April. Rooms were a good size for a family of 3. Would highly recommend this hotel

Nur der obere Pool ist beheizt! Schöne Anlage. Waren mit Kind (3) dort - Kinderbereich (abseits vom "Mainpool") sehr schön gestaltet und bietet große Abwechslung. Kinderpool war beheizt. Trotz voller Belegung hat sich alles sehr gut verteilt. Hatten HP und hat vollkommen ausgereicht. Zimmer (Suite) war groß und sauber. Spa-Gutschein bei Ankunft gilt für eine Stunde Aufenthalt im Spa-Bereich - keine Massage-Gutschein! Personal war sehr freundlich.

Great resort, good food. Nice to have both a hot tub and heated pool. Spa was great. Nice quiet area of South Tenerife - only a few hotels in the area so not as busy. Good beach walking and hiking in the area. Comfy beds, nice balconies.

Es war großartig! In diesem Hotel kann man sich super wohlfühlen und erholen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

El hotel está muy bien, limpieza el primer día de llegada muy limpio, los demás no. Está bien para ir en familia. El personal del hotel, muy amable la gente con experiencia. No me gustó que no había música en las piscinas y que en el bar donde servían los almuerzos los camareros tenían poca experiencia y no tenían muy bien atendimiento. Tampoco fue agradable que el día de la salida tuvimos que pagar el almuerzo teniendo todo incluido, y ninguno de los tres días desayunamos. Hotel recomendable pero con muchas cosas que mejorar, es la segunda vez que hemos ido pero a bajado mucho en calidad para el precio que tiene. Chambre très propre et grande, hôtel tres bien entretenu et personnel aux petits soins.

Sehr entspannende Ferientage! Besonders gefallen hat uns, das aufmerksame Personal. Im Restaurant gab es immer genügend Plätze, auch draußen. Cool ich, dass es am Pool genügend Liegen gab und das peinliche Reservieren nicht stattfand. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Super Hotel, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
