A charming small hotel close to the train station. Art Deco style. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable clean room. Blackout curtain didn't quite close so morning light was a minor irritation. But everything else was excellent.

Tres bon sejour dans cet hotel tres bien placé en face de la gare et à 5mns à pied de la cathedrale. J’ai eu la chance d’etre surclassee dans une suite et c’etait parfait. Parking tres pratique pour 12 euros. Petit dejeuner buffet copieux et personnel tres aimable et serviable. Je vous le recommande !

We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee.

Positives: Good buffet breakfast spread. Easy, secure paid parking. Convenient location a few blocks from Notre Dame Chartres and across the street from the train station. Elevator!! That was a treat because everywhere we stayed prior to that had stairs only. Negatives: guest-room was very small, making it very difficult to walk around bed with open luggage. Only had one small desk chair for seating. Shower floor was cracked and shower door wouldn’t fully close.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room, yet was placed on the top floor next to a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. On top of that, staff members loudly and repeatedly knocked on my neighbor’s door at 7 AM — a phone call might have been more considerate. The parking situation was also very inconvenient. The garage is half a block away, extremely tight, and difficult to access. Guests must first stop at a cramped drop-off area, and despite several staff members watching me struggle with luggage during checkout, no one offered assistance. The room itself was clean, and the macarons at check-in were a nice touch. However, there was no kettle, no fridge, and not even a large mirror in the room.

À l’arrivée surprise: pas de parking. Lorsque j’ai réservé on ne m’a pas parlé de la possibilité de réserver une place sur le parking de l hôtel. La chambre était correcte mais pas si spacieuse qu’on aurait pu s’y attendre pour un hôtel 4 *. Enfin, nous avons réservé un créneau d’1heure au spa, qui est en réalité un sauna. Nous avons été très déçus et nous sommes senties un peu trompés. Lorsque j’ai réservé personne n’a précisé que c’était en réalité un accès au sauna. Le personnel était parfait. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner 18€/personne… non merci! Globalement déçus par l’expérience.

Très bien !!! Juste un gros doute sur les 27m2 annoncé des chambres exécutives ... Au mieux 20m2, celle qu'on a eu !!

I had a nice room, except that the shower room smelled a bit of sewage. Other than that it was fine and well-located to the cathedral.
