The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.

Iskallt rum, inget varmvatten i duschen, lite tråkig personal, fåordiga och inte mkt gott på frukosten även den tråkig. Mkt oväsen av personal på bakgården där vi hade fått ett rum, tråkig utsikt eller ingen utsikt. Nä det hotellet rekommenderar jag inte

We were not in the hotel register and told no rooms available. Had to go to a different hotel. Will be seeking a refund.

The bathroom was especially gross looking. Grout around the shower and sink was brown and thick. Shower stall desperately in need of being replaced.

Just excellent value for the price and great location for getting around, a fantastic selections of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

This hotel is nice for the price point, but don’t expect North American standards

Nuitée très decevante, chambre ayant un balcon qui n'a pas isolation phonique, j'ai pas pu dormir toute la nuit

Thought the eating area could be cleaner & improved selection of food. Great orange juice but had to ask for it. Not always clean tables. Rooms small but adequate for our needs. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Nice to have soap! Expensive to get our wash done but convenient.

On the check in day I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I was yelled at while trying to sort out my reservation Although the reservation said my room came with a balcony it did not. The staff said the balcony rooms were full. So they basically missold what they didn't have The surrounding was clean but the food was very touristy so I had to eat outside

Et fint hotel dog lidt gammelt og slidt. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Men hold dig langt væk fra hotellets negle salon de flænser ens fødder op.

They should update there system and do better on service

高級感があり、スタッフの仕事レベルが高い。安心して荷物を預けることが出来ました。 駅から近く、CAREE EDENも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでパンがメインだけど、ほぼ満席。 プールもあって、とても良い感じ！ 唯一残念だったのが、シャワーのヘッドが壊れていて、快適にシャワー出来なかった。 客室窓からパティオが見えるが部屋からのアクセスは出来なかった。またパティオに面した窓はどの部屋も丸見えになってしまうので、ほとんどカーテンを閉めている状態でした。 全体的には大満足です！ありがとうございました！

Rundown hotel with dirty pool and mediocre breakfast. Reception (nr 2) tried to overcharge me double the price for a taxi to the airport. The rooms were clean, ac was stuck on 23c.
