The location is near the bus station, which is easier to get on the bus to Chania. Also, it’s abou 15 minuets distance from port by walk. The double bed is king size, very comfortable. All you can eat breakfast is lavish and delicious.

非常糟糕的体验，想花多点钱住个有海景的房间，没想到阳台小的可怜，两张椅子都放不下，被子床单没有洗干净，弥漫着汗臭味，洗手间也不干净，马桶直接没敢用，夜晚也很吵闹，整个晚上没睡好，唯一还可以的是地理位置，离步行街和码头近，总体来说很坑，是来希腊十多天中最差的，价格确不便宜

飯店位置很好，步行五分鐘內就有大的巴士站，距離舊港和吃飯的地方也很近，晚上不會吵鬧，沒有面海的房間也有一個蠻大的陽台，晚上可以在陽台喝酒吃點心，櫃台是24小時的，服務人員很親切、給的資訊有很大的幫助，大廳的環境是美麗乾淨的，唯一小小的缺點就是浴室偏小

距離巴士總站很近，一個斜坡的高度，要前往其他城市很方便。 距離港口很近，搭船前往其他島嶼很方便。 距離熱鬧的25th August Street也很近，前往1866，考古博物館都方便。

Can hear other rooms easily. Difficult to sleep with the noise of other apartments making noise throughout the night. Staff were very nice and helpful

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une très grande terrasse particulièrement agréable. La vue sur la mer et la forteresse vénitienne d’Héraklion était superbe. Le personnel était accueillant et le petit-déjeuner satisfaisant. Une très bonne adresse pour séjourner à Héraklion.

We stayed the night before catching the ferry the next morning. Room was compact but had everything we needed. The small deck was an added bonus. Walkable to the ferry port and bus station, as well as the busy walking area. Parking is nonexistent, but we were fortunate to find a small spot to park our car. They do have a dedicated loading/unloading zone out front. There is also public parking within walking distance. Prices well, and had everything we needed. Bathroom needed some maintenance as our toilet was leaking. Breakfast was good! They even have an orange juicer, which was SO great. The orange juice was unexpected but spectacular!

Great view and delicious breakfast. It is an older hotel but the location was perfect for us.

Staff were nice but our AC dripped the entire time we were there. We used a bucket & glasses to catch the water. We told them the day we arrived and were told “ there was nothing they could do now”. That was fine because it was late but it was never addressed after that. I am pretty sure they knew cause when we checked in our room the window& door was opened and the AC was off. Had the AC been on, water would have been all over the floor. Other than the AC issue, it was a convenient walk to the ferry port, supermarket, car park & restaurants.

Decent hotel within walking distance of the old town, Venetian port as well as the central bus station. Very friendly staff and the the room was comfortable and had a nice large balcony, but the level of cleanliness was not ideal: when we arrived to our room there were hairs stuck in the pillow covers and sheets and the bathroom had some mold in the shower and dust on the toilet and sink. The towels however were clean and got changed every 2 days. The breakfast was tasty albeit quite limited in terms of options, however on the last day we had the surprise of finding mold on a rice pudding... So overall an okay experience and a very convenient location, although the hotel would definitely benefit from a higher level of attention when it comes to cleaning.

Great veiw good staff amazing place !

Sehr hilfreiche Mitarbeiter, englisch- und auch deutschsprachig. Zimmer sauber und eher schlicht, 3-Sterne-Stadthotel halt. Auch im Bad alles, was man braucht, auch wenn die Dusche extrem kompakt war. Dafür einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer beim Frühstück.

Parfait, personnels très gentils et arrangeants

Excellent accueil du personnel, extrêmement serviable. Chambre avec belle vue mer et la rue est tellement bruyante ainsi que les avions qui passent bas, qu’on ne peut profiter du balcon et laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Sanitaires basiques avec moisissure et carreaux cassés. Traces de sang sur le drap du dessous .. même bien placé , je ne reviendrai pas. A noter parking à distance , accès difficile car les rues sont étroites et pas de places de dépose minute ( une seule mais prise en permanence).

Location was very convenient for a catching an early morning ferry.

Property was within walking distance to the main bus station if your going to be going around. Within mins to all the restaurants Room was a great size Bathroom could do with an update View was fantatsic

The room was clean, great location especially if you are travelling to the port. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast with a perfect view of the sea.
