Trato exquisito y hotel muy bien mejorado

Ya no es la primera vez que nos alojamos aquí yo y mi familia, el trato y la tranquilidad es su punto mas fuerte.

Quarto espaçoso, equipe cortes, camas confortáveis, pertinho do metrô

Estas habitaciones en la quinta planta me ha gustado mucho más

La limpieza impecable, la atencion del personal es excelente

Personal muy amable. Buena relación calidad precio de las habitaciones. El hotel está bien, pero no es nuevo. Desayuno básico pero bien.

Excellent location: walking distance to malls, restaurants, metro and very close to Madrid Airport. Safe and quiet area. The hotel building is old and definitely needs renovation, but the location makes up for it.

The property was currently under renovations during our stay. But noise was limited and was not seen too much staff was fantastic. Thank you to Dani at the front desk for helping us out. As much as he could, we'll stay again.!!

No desayunamos en el hotel

Buulding work going on in the hotel. Banging hammers at 7am and drills going all day

Easy access to the train station

Atentos y limpieza correcta,pero la televisión tiene 25 años hay que actualizar cositas

Habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Tiene parking que comunica directamente con el hotel, con plazas amplias. Desayuno buffet variado. No dispone de restaurante en el hotel, pero hay zona de restaurante cerca. La televisión es un poco antigua, con TDT.

Queda distante de los sitios turísticos, tiene una linea de tren muy cerca al hotel

Rooms are small and no place to put your clothes Small closet and you live out of your suitcase

The only thing that I am not able to rate as excellent service was the service in the breakfast room because I did not feel a pleasant atmosphere.
