Breakfast ends at 10am and I got there at 930am and was todl they were packing up and there was nothing left

Breakfast menu was adequate as it has changed for a more continental style.

Breakfast had next to nothing for a vegan.

An overall okay stay, but the cleaning was weird. For example there was a weird sticky substance that was on the night stand that was there after we came back to the room one evening. Also seems like the toilet was used while we were gone. The room also just smelled weird. It suited what we needed, but overall a tad odd.

The room was clean, and well maintained, dated but still very nice. Staff were very nice, breakfast was well served with good options. Location was excellent, easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. This will be our go-to hotel in Red Deer now

Was ok. Dissapointed that there are not roll away kots/beds available. Wasn’t overly clean.

The stag was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing fancy but clean. Check-in and out very smooth. Very nice hot breakfast. Great value.

Couch in suite was pretty worn. Only one tv remote Was worth the price I paid

I requested a pet friendly room. When left to medical appointment didn’t want to leave dogs in vehicle as was quite warm so left in room, after 20 min was told animals are not allowed to stay unattended in the room. So I had to leave appointment and grab the dogs and leave them in the truck for a few hours. Staff said dogs were barking and causing a disturbance but when approaching the room from lobby and hallway; there was NO barking or noise. Why state you are pet friendly facility, yet animals CANNOT be left unattended.

Could use a little bit of more cleaning, but for the price you can’t go wrong. Staff is friendly. The complementary breakfast in the morning is great. Lots of parking and there’s a Tim Hortons in the same parking lot.

Zero! Met virtually empty pots. Certainly doesn’t worth the price! I didn’t see much in the hotel to justify the price charged. The breakfast was nothing to write home about while the rooms are sparsely stocked. Nothing attractive as such.
