Poor service of Sona and pool

電子レンジに凍るくらい凄く良く冷える冷蔵庫、物凄い水圧のシャワーなど設備は充実していた！ 2泊しましたが2泊目に小さな蟻が大量発生しました。ホテルマンに相談するとすぐに対応してくれました。 プールやスパ、レストランと宿泊以外の施設もとても良かったです！ ただAdenau駅がクローズしており、大きなキャリーケースを持って別の停留所へ行くには階段を登らなきゃいけなくて大変でした

Tivemos uma boa experiência no Solana Spa Hotel. A localização é excelente, perto de restaurantes, supermercados, pontos de ônibus e de tudo o que é necessário. O hotel também oferece estacionamento por €10 por dia. Na chegada, fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de água, uma garrafa de vinho branco maltês e um prato de frutas no quarto, uma cortesia muito agradável. O quarto era amplo, confortável, muito limpo e tinha varanda. O check-in e o check-out foram rápidos e sem qualquer problema. A equipe foi atenciosa e nos ofereceu um voucher para 30 minutos de hidromassagem no spa. Infelizmente, não conseguimos utilizá-lo porque só havia disponibilidade no dia da nossa partida. O café da manhã é bom, mas oferece poucas opções sem glúten. O muffin disponibilizado ainda estava congelado por dentro, embora as torradas sem glúten estivessem boas. No rooftop, onde ficam as piscinas e o bar, o ambiente é agradável, mas bastante concorrido, sendo difícil encontrar espreguiçadeiras livres. As piscinas não são aquecidas. No bar, a conta veio com itens que não consumimos, embora o erro tenha sido corrigido quando pedimos. Além disso, a pizza do meu marido chegou uns 30min antes da minha salada, o que demonstrou certa desorganização na cozinha. No geral, o hotel tem ótima localização, quartos confortáveis, excelente limpeza e bom custo-benefício. A estadia foi agradável, mas, em uma próxima viagem a Malta, provavelmente escolheria outro hotel para conhecer uma opção superior.

Et fint velholdt hotel af højer klasse. Meget hjælpsom personale og god morgenmad. Fint bade område. Få værelse væk fra hovedgaden da der er megen trafik. Godt tilfredse med opholdet

Sehr schönes Hotel, kompetentes Personal und gutes Essen. Verkehrstechnisch gute An- und Abfahrtsmöglichkeiten.

The Solana is a fantastic hotel. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful - advising us what buses to get and where from (as the regular stops were temporarily closed), as well as advising us of all local discounts. Check in and check out were simple and deficient. The swimming pools on the roof were well maintained and have fantastic views of Mellieha, The breakfast buffet had am excellent choice of food and the service was exemplary. If you are staying in Mellieha and want to stay near the town centre, I would thoroughly recommend the Solana Hotel and Spa

Flotte rom, nydelig basseng område, personalet var ekstremt hjelpsomme og høflige. Fantastisk frokost. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Do not stay here. The staff are awful.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Solana hotel but unfortunately it will be the last. The staff member who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately a couple who were Infront were struggling to understand what she was saying and there was not much helping them it was almost well it's your fault you can't understand... When my room was ready I made my way and I cannot fault the room was a good size, clean well presented. The shower was good and again happy with that. In the morning I went down for breakfast and it was chaos. One gentleman just accepting everyone to go in find a table that just wasn't available. People were almost falling over eachother just to get a table. After about 10 minutes I gave up as more and more people were wanting tables. It was getting worse. I said to the guy you need to stop people going in to which his reply "you should have arrived earlier". It was 9am when I arrived. This is not full summer time so I hate to see it when it really is full, he just didn't seem to care and finding a member of staff actually working in the restaurant was even harder to find than a table. It wasn't good at all. Upon check out I mentioned these issues to the receptionist as she asked. No sorry, no explanation all she said was "you have to write a review" so here I am. I presume paid for breakfast and believe me it's not about the money or refunds but nothing was offered. There's an hotel down the road The Maritim, it may cost more but 100% go there.

De kamer en de algemene ruimtes in het hotel zijn erg schoon en fris, daar wordt duidelijk veel aandacht aan besteed. Personeel is super vriendelijk en doen echt hun best om het je als gast naar de zin te maken. De gym is niet groot, maar voorzien van alle basisbehoeften die je daar nodig hebt. Zou iets eerder (officieel) open mogen; wij waren er soms al ruim vóór 8 uur ‘s ochtends en konden dan gelukkig toch al wel naar binnen. Restaurant (buffet) is echt een groot pluspunt. Het eten is zeer gevarieerd, consistent van kwaliteit en overall gewoon erg lekker. Wij hadden halfpension geboekt en overwogen daarbij om 1 of 2 avonden toch ergens uit eten te gaan, maar door het goede eten hier hebben we dat uiteindelijk niet gedaan. Eén avond was 1 van ons niet helemaal lekker (waarschijnlijk te lang in de zon gezeten) en daarop heeft men met liefde, een to-go pakketje met wat vers fruit gemaakt ter compensatie van het niet kunnen eten in het restaurant. De dag erna ging het gelukkig weer beter, en werd - heel attent - gevraagd of het inmiddels weer beter ging.

The room was very clean,food was excellent great variety, lovely pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The roof top pools were amazing. Booked a luxury suite which was spacious but the bathroom often smelled of sewage. Great value anyways. Quite far from Valletta by Uber but area has an enough restaurants nearby. Would still recommend.

Staff were helpful and efficient and really friendly. Room was lovely. Hotel very clean. Food was good. Location good. Facilities, pool etc were really good

Very nice hotel with great helpful staff!! The hotel is kept clean and the buffet breakfast is fab with plenty of choices so if go make sure you book breakfast included as we saw a couple who was turned away from the restaurant The position is good although there are road woes at the moment so bus stop was temp moved but still well positioned. A few ramp of stairs to get from the main road though so take it easy 😉 We tried Tosca the first night. Food was ok but we found it a bit pricey compared to the rest of Malta. Porthouse steak restaurant next door is amazing Many thanks to the lady who checked us in on the 1st May before dinner who was super lovey and helpful!!

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, Buffet sucré salé pour le petit déjeuner. SPA agréable avec un petit plus : réservé aux adultes à partir de 20h Personnel compétent et disponible.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites Personal. Egal welches Anliegen wurde sofort beantwortet und darauf reagiert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Im Bad war Schimmel, was aber nicht am Hotel lag, sondern den Gästen, die vorher nicht oder viel zu wenig gelüftet haben im Bad. Nach kurzem Hinweis darauf, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten umd das Bad behandelt. Wir sind aber in dem Zimmer geblieben. Wir hatten Halbpension - beides war in Buffetform. Getränke beim Essen waren inklusive, allerdings mit Selbstbedienung, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war jedoch, dass der Wein (Rot, Weiß und Rosé) gezapft wurde. Die Pools auf der Dachterrassen boten einen sensationellen Ausblick, aber da sie nicht geheizt werden, war das Wasser Ende April noch zu kalt zum Schwimmen.
