This hotel is terrible. We felt so unsafe, there were a number of unsafe things in our room such as the bathroom window being broken, meaning member of the public could see when using the shower. When we approached Staff about this, they laughed and were talking about us in Spanish, the most unapproachable and rude staff we have ever had to deal with. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it is atrocious.

Another fabulous stay at the Coral California, lovely apartment, clean and the best beds in Tenerife!

I had a studio room. It was a very good size. Has BBC, ITV, Sky News on the TV. Shower room is a good size. Supermarket across the street offers a really good range. Room cleaned 5 days out of 7. 2 lifts to all floors. Plentiful loungers by the pool, never went without. Friendly staff behind the pool bar/reception. Beach short walk away. No kids = peace! Door lock is a bit iffy! Safe is old style with key, would’ve preferred combo lock but no big deal. Laminate flooring on each floor (outside apartments) has seen better days and is all bleached by the sun!

Olimme pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kokonaisuutena aivan tyytyväisiä. Huone oli aivan asiallinen ja siivous toimi moitteetta. Meille kuului aamiainen ja se oli valikoimaltaan aika vaatimaton mutta menetteli. Kahdessa viikossa valikoima oli kyllä liian samanlainen, eli se olisi saanut kyllä hiukan vaihdella. Ehkä henkilökuntaa voisi olla hiukan enemmän koska ruokaa oli monesti odoteltava kun eivät ehtineet toimittaa pöytään. Henkilökunta varmaan yritti parhaansa ja he huolehtivat asiakkaiden valvonnasta jotta kaikki käyttivät kasvomaskia. Siitä suuri kiitos. Lähellä olevasta ravintolasta kuului turhan kovaa meteliä mikä kyllä jopa häiritsi iltaisin.

Bra hotell med härlig uppvärmd pool! Ganska lyhört i de nyrenoverade rummen. Perfekt läge för allt runtomkring. Trevlig personal förutom en kille i check in. Mycket bra Covid-19 hantering!

Had too move due too Covid too Better Hotel

First time here and could not fault it. Had a ground floor apartment looking on to pool area which was great. Powerful shower and kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, cooker etc. Comfy beds and ceiling fan. Pool area nice and chilled... the beauty of adults only and no screaming kids. Think we were the only english people here but that was not an issue at all. Hiper dino supermarket literally right opposite the complex which sells everything you could need at reasonable prices. Weather was 26 degrees which was a real bonus too... will definately be back.

Arrived to our accommodation to be told they had a burst water pipe and we were accommodated in their sister Hotel down the road. Cannot comment on the facilities at this premises as a result.

La posizione è ottima. Impianti idraulici da rivedere, nel bagno della nostra stanza c’era un attrezzo della doccia non avvitato bene e quindi fuorusciva dell’acqua. Ma per il resto, luogo tranquillo, personale ok e disponibile.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and fresh towels and linen were provided everyday. Great location and would recommend Coral California to others.

Ottima posizione, camera pulita e molto comoda, dotata di tutti i comfort (piano cottura, microonde, tostapane, frigorifero, tv, divano, tavolo in stanza e sul balcone io esterno) spazioso balconcino con vista sulla piscina dell’hotel, parcheggio interno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Camera molto bella comoda e con un piccolo giardino.

Room had everything you could need and was very clean. Shower and view from balcony was good. Bed and pillows could be improved but was ok. WIFI was extra but as advised. Plenty of parking which is important if you hire a car as it a busy area

Apt/hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Ideal for self catering and location was central with plenty of restaurants and pubs within a minute’s walk , also had access to main bus routes on the doorstep. Would recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment, with an incredible view of the volcano. Excellent service from the lovely staff, thank you to Anita, Emily and Daniel and everyone else for being so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
