We had room 222 and it was big and beautiful and an excellent price great value staff was very accommodating and the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious

My only complaint was the continental breakfast. No plates, no bowls, no spoons, baby-size coffee cups, no more fruit loops,

Although our stay was only 1 night, the amenities satisfied our needs. The room was clean and well maintained. I have to say that the complimentary breakfast was good but could perhaps have had a bowl/platter of fruit for those of us not wanting bread/bagels/muffins.

Room was clean, smelled great and nice and cool during such a hot day. Staff were amazing and always willing to help.

One of our air conditioners wasn't operating at full force, but overall the hotel was just what we wanted. Loved the hot tub in the living room, food downstairs was great Italian. Wish they had eggs included in their continental breakfast... the staff was amazing, and at the end of the day, this will remain an iron for our next trip.

Very dated hotel with peeling seats,toilets that do not work properly and a strong damp smell in the room.

Was very clean and a great spot to stay to attend Rogers Stadium for events and concerts. Definitely stay there again. Subway is so close.

Clean, quiet room but bed wasn't comfortable

This hotel is very dated, and I found staff not that friendly, the check in and out staff was friendly, but others seemed to busy to say hello. Breakfast was not the best, set up was not great and they need better coffee

I’m a solo traveler, room was clean, great location, felt safe at all times. AC worked well , nice restaurant and staff was pleasent

Room was as pictured. Jacuzzi was just what I needed. Gym was very basic. Hotel close to Walmart, and bus terminal. 30mins to Vaughn Mills by bus from the terminal.

Room was clean. Smelled a little musty but I think that's just the carpets. Bed was good. Pillows were bad. Aircon worked great. Towels were terrible. TTC Subway is nearby, only 8 minute walk away. Hotel seems to get a lot of smokers who ruin the hotel but that's not the hotel's fault. This seems to be an issue throughout the area and I don't know how they deal with it. Overall I would stay again if the price was right.

Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Only issue is anti slip strips are required in tub and blinds that close are needed as well

It was a good stay other then the 150 deposit after paying was a big shocker other than that we will be back
