Es un lugar sumamente céntrico, cómodo y autónomo. No tengo quejas, me encantó! solo me hubiera gustado que me hubieran dado un poco más fe gel de baño jajaja

The bidet got in the way of one of the shower doors opening I had to squeeze in a small space just to get in the shower. The fridge wasn’t cold at all every drink we put in there was room temperature after being in there for a while . The bed was hard as a rock my back hurt the next morning. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. The only saving grace was that this hotel was right across from The Duomo.

Checking out early in the morning was very difficult because the elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry my heavy luggage down by myself.

We enjoyed our stay here! Because our trip to Florence was short, we picked this based on cleanliness and location. It was both clean and so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room did the trick! If I stayed longer I would have chosen a room with more bells and whistles, but we didn’t need that, and had a nice stay. I recommend this hotel for a nice simple stay!

A localização é perfeita, os quartos são um pouco mais antigos, mas bem limpos e com tudo que precisamos. O atendimento é maravilhoso, com cortesias e gestos simples que fazem a diferença. O elevador funciona e no outro andar tem um ótimo bar. Andrea é um excelente anfritriao.

Typical Europe… Small room and a double bed which is 2 singles pushed together. Otherwise, all good and the location was spot on!

Location Location Location! It was so nice to walk 2 minutes back to the hotel for a short rest after climbing the Dome in the heat.

It’s amazing to see the hotel near the duomo and pick-up site for tours. It’s a perfect location, and walking to the hotel from the train station was with ease. If I’m back in Firenze, I’d definitely check in this hotel. Thank you for making the hotel accessible to us and for being accommodating.
