Fint rum, hotellet ser slitet ut på utsidan. Bra buffe på kvällen o bra frukost. Trevlig personal!

Das Hotel war super- in 5 minuten Fußweg über eine Brücke war man gleich am Strand- eigenen Hotelstrand mit Liegen vorhanden- kostenlos und wenig Leutte.

Friendly staff, good facilities, good food

A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting.

Kár, hogy nincs kültéri medence, nyáron biztos zavaróbb lett volna a hiánya, persze akkor ott a Balaton

Zimmerteppich nicht gut geputzt, Tür von der Dusche nicht ganz dicht, sonst passt alles.

Despite its ugly appearance, it's a nice hotel, great views, good breakfast, easy access to private 'beach'. Downsides: poor room cleaning, very slow and unhelpful checkout

Dass das Hotel einen eigenen Strandabschnitt hat ist großartig und eine Strandbar sodass man sich den ganzen Tag am Strand aufhalten kann fanden wir super. Einen Punkt muss ich leider abziehen weil während unseres Aufenthaltes von 5TAGEN wurde unser Zimmer kein einziges Mal geputzt. Auf unserer Etage vor den Aufzügen war am ersten Tag eine Schleifspur von verschütteter Flüssigkeit und am letzten Tag war sie immer noch da. Das sollte in einem vier Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen. Wenn man darüber hinwegsieht, war es ein schöner Urlaub.

The property and all the facilities were good but most of the reception staff were really rude to the point I had to ask if I had done anything wrong to one of the guys as he was speaking to me so badly. It nearly ruined the whole experience of the hotel as I was there to have a calm relaxing time and didn't feel comfortable in the hotel everytime I saw some of the staff. The woman at the cafe/bar was very nice though

Az ételek futószalagon készülnek ezért ízük nincs. A szaunák maximum 70 fokra vannak felfűtve, egyáltalán nem melegek.

Pozitív: Hatalmas szaunavilág, kedves kiszolgáló személyzet az étteremben és bárokban, fantasztikus ételválaszték és ízek, skybar. Negatív: Érkezéskor komor és szűkszavú recepciós hölgy fogadott kevés tájokoztatással, hideg vízű wellness medencék + a tömeg miatt nem is fértünk el benne kényelmesen, penészes zuhanyzó a fürdőszobában.

My mom and I had a fantastic time. The ambience was amazing. The staff was exceptional. The food was world class, and the spa was superb. Strongly recommended.

Gyönyörű, tágas hotel. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Az ételek finomak, van miből választani bőven. A szoba is gyönyörű. Egyedül a fürdőszobán látszott, hogy felületes takarítás történt, amellett, hogy már igazából jó alapos zuhanytakarítás is ráfért volna (kis penész, barna trutyi a zuhanyajtó szilikon alján pl.). Összességében nagyon ajánlom, visszamennék a gyerekeimmel is. 5*

Nagyon szép, modern hotel, kedves személyzettel, kiváló szolgáltatásokkal.

수영장과 사우나등의 부대시설이 매우 잘 되어있습니다. 객실 상태도 매우 양호합니다. 아침과 저녁 식사는 뷔페 형식인데 양호합니다. 방에 커피포트가 없는 것이 약간 아쉽습니다.

The elevators are horrible. You have to wait almost 10 minutes for an elevator in the morning. It was clean but for the star rating of the hotel I expected a lot better.
