We've been there for 2 nights .everything from check in to check out was perfect. Very helpful staff, room was big, clean and light, nice view at balcony, continental breakfast was good enough. We had wonderful experience with this Hotel.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel établissement, très bien situé dans le village piétonnier. Accueil très sympathique. Nous avons bénéficié d’une suite familiale avec coin cuisine, parfaitement équipée, une chambre avec 2 lits. Le coin salon est particulièrement agréable avec un foyer … Le petit déjeuner est simple mais satisfaisant, manque du salé chaud tel des œufs brouillés et du bacon pour être parfait … Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine et le bain bouillonnant. Le parking souterrain reste un avantage car après tout se fait à pied mais a un coût plutôt élevé à 25$ hors taxe par nuit !!! Néanmoins très agréable séjour. Je recommande cet établissement.

The pilot light was on in our fireplace suite 305. The fireplace glass was warm to touch. This could be turned off by the hotel till fireplaces are needed in late Fall or ski season. This brought more heat into our suite and the whole building unnecessarily. Other than that a nice place to stay at Tremblant Village. Only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. We didn't use the facilities like the pool or hot tub. Short walk to shaded paths around Lac Miroir and viewing points of Lac Tremblant.

Room was very spacious, clean bathroom, the TV was a little far from the bed which I found a little odd but it does tilt. Nice little pool with a large jacuzzi, comfy chairs and I loved the fact that the small gym has a shower for those checking out and staying by the pool. Jacuzzi wasn’t too clean but overall experience was very nice. Breakfast was very basic, no scrambled eggs or waffle/pancakes, but they do serve hard boiled eggs. All in all I rate it 4.5/5.

Definitely needs upkeep. Dirty entry steps, gauged entry door. Filthy elevator doors, gauged not just dinged bathroom door. Not a 9.4. Perhaps 7.5. Clean room. Comfy bed . Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

Everything was good

We loved our short stay here, just what we needed after visiting busy cities! Lovely big apartment and Catherine was very thorough and helpful and check in. Great location, just minutes from everything in Tremblant. The breakfast was included and is ok, it’s great to give guests the option to take the food back to their room. The pool wasn’t open during our stay which was a shame but it looked lovely. Parking is convenient too (for a fee). Probably the best sleep we had of our two week road trip.

Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps the carts could have been simply rolled into the kitchen and then there, re-sort the dishes for cleaning. Front desk person was not knowledgeable about Tremblant Village at all. She had no idea what time the shoppes or restaurants stayed open in the evening and basically said, “you’ll need to speak to the people who run those places”. She is the gateway to Tremblant and didn’t know the answers to the simplest questions of any new traveller to Tremblant. Excellent client service begins by knowing about the tourist area she’s actually representing on behalf of the hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The fireplace was a wonderful feature, especially after a day of skiing, and helped keep the room warm and cozy. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus and provided a great start to the day before heading out to the slopes. The location is very close to the lift, and easily within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for skiing.

It was my second stay there and I'll be back.
